Why?
Why is there no place where everything is included? Something that is hassle free, someone could really bank on something like that. Where everything in included and you have a choice of a wide range of decorations, from traditional to unique. Someone could make a fortune just to make everything less stressful. Does that make sense to anyone eles or have I finally lost my mind?

We've thought about starting up a reception center like that. Music, photography, venue, flowers, catering, EVERYTHING would be included! :) It's just getting it up and going is the problem! I agree: there needs to be something like this!!!

There it... its called a Hotel...LOL most of these places provide you with every thing from the food to the drinks to the cake the decorations to suggestions of prefered vendors for florists, dj and photographer etc...
They have a TON of different options for decorations and table linens and even china and glassware that can be used...

Where I am having my wedding they are pretty much doing everything for me including providing someone to plan the whole day out... he is even coming to my ceremony site to help us out with that as well... All I have to do it tell him what we want and they make it happen... its that easy...

These places normally cost a pretty penny but there are other places that do the same thing for alot cheaper... just look into it!!!

Good Luck

I hear that destination weddings are great for that and its MUCH cheaper. A friend of mine is getting married in cancun and the place is BEAUTIFUL. She's having over 90 people, she saved a ton of money. After the dress, travel arrangements, etc and everything involved with planning a wedding, she spent 13,000 and didn't cut any corners. She's having a beautiful ceremony right on the ocean, the setup is amazing and the reception is in doors but there's nothing shabby about it, all of it is very elegant and the best part is, she tells them what she wants and they provide it. Good Luck!

There are: Destination Weddings are prob the best way to go. They take care of it all for you.
Also, in my area there are a few upscale places that do have packages that take care of it all with the exception of invitations.
Good Luck

If you've lost your mond, we're lost together. It makes me crazy when venues nickel and dime brides for everything!
I pitched this idea to a local developer wanting to put in a reception hall - they just didn't get it! I think unless you've been there, you just don't understand the need.
Take heart, though - you've got lots of time still to pul your event together!

I agree that such a thing would be great. Some places do nickel & dime weddings to death. But part of the "fun" of planning a wedding is taking part in all the choices. Maybe you should consider a wedding planner... They could definitely narrow down the choices & make everything less stressful for you.

I agree I think that would make things a whole lot easier. But then again, if it was all included you might not be able to get exactly what you want. I did happen to find a place that covers a good bit of stuff such as the dj, wedding cake, favors, reception and ceremony. Im not sure where you live but you may be able to find a reception hall that does something like that.

My place does everything, which is our reasoning for selecting it:

Maybe you should just get a wedding planner. Tell her exactly what you want and let her call around to the different vendors. Compared to the places that do it all for you, a wedding planner probably isn't that much.

I actually enjoy the whole planning process, myself. I never get to plan fun stuff. Usually it's just work, so this is a treat for me.

You may need a wedding planner, I just took five minutes and found a wonerful place called prestige wedding chapel on a site called direcory M articles. Take a little more time to do the research AFTER you have your budget figures out, You really need to do one thing a a time. Find out what you need then want, then where and what time.

Good luck
