Wow! How fabulous. Start with looking for a local wedding planner to help guide you through the process. Before contacting a consultant make sure you have all of your ideas down on paper: what is your design style, what colors, fabric, lighting, time of day, season do you want? What professional vendors can they recommend? If you are having your wedding at a particular venue, there is usually a wedding cooridnator at the facility to help you plan your wedding. Sometimes it is helpful and cost effective to have your ceremony and reception held at one location, paricularly a hotel, since everything is under one roof and your guests, especially those traveling from out of town, will have everything accessible to them. Good luck and warm regards!

Try doing a Google search on Vegas Chapels. They will show you all their available packages. If you have a hotel in mind, contact the wedding coordinator. Remember that the hotels are much more expensive than the outside wedding chapels!
If you need any Vegas theme favors just let us know!

I scouted a lovely place for my FSIL when she was engaged (the engagement is off, sadly) but this place, like most places in Vegas, can do all the planning for you and all you need to do is phone. It was called Vegas Weddings chapel. Their website is 702vegasweddings.com. From just the site, I was wary but I was really impressed when I got there. If you go to http://www.tripntale.com/trip/7203 you can see photos & videos of the place from when I went there recently. The photos start about the middle of page 4 and the videos of the place are captioned clearly. My video of their reception hall didn't turn out, but it was very nice. Their prices are very reasonable, too!

I got married in Las Vegas. I am now single however and that was back in 1994, October. First, look into a Vegas website and choose which chapel you would like to get married in first. Then...contact those chapel people to see what services they offer: Do they offer a bouquet for you? Do they offer bouquets for those standing up for you? Do they offer boutinniers? Ask all the other questions of what you think you will need when you get there if you aren't taking anything with you except your gown. They even offer tuxedos and gowns, so you will need to decide what you want to go with you and what you want to have once you arrive there. Ask their prices. Ask about a wedding license there and they will direct you, giving you the prices and hours, etc. Ask about a minister. Choose a hotel to stay in. See if the hotel has any amenities regarding getting married and having just gotten married after you are married. Ask about transportation, if you don't want to use

If you're going to get married at one of the bigger hotels, like the Bellagio, they have in house wedding planners to assist you with all the details!

I hope your Vegas is extra special and everything you hope it will be. I would recommend contacting "The Association of Bridal Consultants" to see if they have a chapter in the Vegas area. They can help locate a professional in the area to assist you with all your plans.

Don't forget about local casinos. I am having my wedding at Texas Station Hotel and Casino and they have been great. I have managed to book a high class wedding for about 4K. You can find out more about them at www.texasstationweddings.com

Im' getting married in Vegas in two weeks and you would be surpised how many places there are to get married out here that are not so "Vegas" (i.e. Drive-thru wedding chapels) Me and my FH wanted something out doors and all u have to do is goggle 'outdoor weddings in vegas' and some great places will pop up. Here are few that are really great that do indoor and out door weddings
1. The Groove
2. Bella Rosa Mansions
3. LakeSide Weddings
Also casinos are great too like Vegasbride said, our local casinos as well as the bigger ones on the Strip
