Do you charge for trials?
Yes, there is a trial fee of $50 for makeup or $65 for hair.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes, there is a minimum travel fee of $50, which usually covers an approximate 40 mile radius. Very reasonable!
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
Every artist can work with approximately 10 customers. We work very efficiently, and it usually only takes about 20 minutes per person. This will ensure that everyone is done on a timely basis, but without rushing.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
We book two years in advance. Therefore, we encourage our potential customers to contact us as soon as they know their wedding date. Many brides have been dissapointed to find out that we book so far in advance and that their date is not available.
What is your cancellation policy?
We grant our customers the right to cancel their contract three regular days after their trial. However, after the trial, we turn away other prospective clients, and that is why deposits are not refunded.
