I want to thank Catherine and the staff at Hilton Garden Inn. The courtyard garden is a wonderful place for an outdoor wedding. The staff and everyone there is helpful and easy to work with. They help you stick to your bride’s budget and have the wedding of her dreams. With a customized menu and service packages they can meet all your needs. As a Coordinator/Planner I hope to work with them often.
I helped coordinate a wedding at the HGI Fairfax last year and the experience was phenomenal. Although our sales contact recently left to be a great mom, the hotel is just wonderful. Their outdoor courtyard is perfect for a pretty ceremony or even cocktail hour if the weather is nice. If the weather's not nice, their adjacent ballroom is a great backup plan. Plus their indoor space looks out over the courtyard so you can enjoy it either way! I especially like this hotel since the ballroom space is away from the main lobby and guest areas. You have maximum privacy, top notch service, and a reasonable price (which is hard to find in the DC area). Check them out!
The staff handling weddings and special events at the Hilton Garden Inn are a pleasure to work with. The facility is wonderfully accessible, comfortable for small to large groups and is beautifully kept. You will enjoy the garden courtyard as a setting for your small wedding or as a lovely walk-through to enter the larger ballroom. Check it out. You will be pleasantly surprised!
