We include all food, beverage, equipment and staffing required for a worry free event.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
We customize each rehearsal dinner to suit your tastes, your budget and to coordinate nicely with your wedding banquet menus.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
In addition to the set-up of chairs, tables for unity candles, guest books and arrangements for your musical accompaniement, we offer lattice podiums for your officiant and guest book and lattice panels as backdrops.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Yes, we provide all equipment necessary for us to serve you and your guests in elegant style.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
In addition to our bartenders and captains, we provide one server per two tables for a served meal and one server to two and a half or three tables for a buffet meal.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
We welcome the vendors of your choosing although we do have a list of frequent vendors to help you get started.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
There is no additional charge for you to bring the musician of your choice.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
We have several board rooms and guest rooms that can be used as dressing rooms, hospitality rooms or break rooms for band members.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
All beverages must be provided by the hotel but arrangements can be made to serve specialty items that are not on our menu.
How many power outlets does the venue have?
We are a modern facility well equipped to handle the power requirements of your DJ or band and more.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
All decorations must conform to the fire code as well as general health and safety requirements.

There are no restrictions on photography.

What restrictions (if any) on music?
Music is welcomed between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm in our Garden. Music is welcomed until 2:00 am in our Ballroom.

Our guests may decide on the attire based on the style of their event.
What restrictions (if any) on noise levels?
Amplified sound is welcomed until 2:00 am in our Ballroom. We request that noise be kept to a minimum in our Garden after 10:00 pm.

There are no special permits required.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
Not usually. As a small venue, we frequently focus on one great event at a time. Please call me for details if you are considering one of our busy times.

Yes, we have security available upon request.

There is no dress code although shoes are required in all of our public spaces.

Yes, we have a coat room and coat check attendant available.
