Mountain and Golf Course views. Exceptional service. Exquisite ballroom which opens up to additional seating on patio.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
We have a flat rental fee for the ballroom and additional upgrade packages per table.
Do you offer any special services?
Upgraded linen rentals and chair covers and place setting favors. We offer full service event planning and day-of-event coordination.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Our onsite restaurant, the Verde Grill offers a variety of rehearsal dinner options.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
Wedding Chairs, Aisle Runner, Arch and Unity Table
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
We do provide a number of rental options including, but not limited to table linens, chair covers, flatware and table settings, place card holders and guest favors, additional chairs and tables and a variety of tenting for outdoor events.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
Our onsite banquet staff includes me, my banquet captain and 2 additional staff members for each event.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
We offer a list of preferred vendors, but do not limit our brides to use only those vendors.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
No, and there is no additonal fee for outside musicians.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
We only host one Event per day.
