We LOVE entertaining at Wildhorse! First of all, the grounds and clubhouse building are beautiful, with great views and very nice decor. For brides wanting to do a golf course wedding, the ceremony works great down on the grass, and we play all the ceremony music from up on the balcony - it sounds great! We are always impressed by the meticulous pre-event planning and the staff who make sure everything runs smoothly. The staff is experienced and professional, and the food is great. When it's time for the reception, the room is spacious, with windows all around, nice lighting and very good acoustics. It's always a fun and upscale event at Wildhorse!

Wildhorse offers a number of Wedding packages and we would be happy to customize one for you to suit your needs and budget.

Wildhorse works closely with many local Vendors. We would be happy to assist you with all your Wedding day needs to take the stress and worry off of your shoulders.
 
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Wildhorse can make arrangements to host your rehearsal dinner and we offer discounts for "Weekend Wedding & Golf" packages.
 
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
Wildhorse provides the Gazebo, Wedding chairs, aisle runner and rehearsal for your Ceremony. We will also provide any additional tables you may need for unity candle, sand ceremony, programs and bubbles. We also offer complimentary bottles of water for your guests during the summer months.
 
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Wildhorse provides all the linens, tables, chairs, silverware, china, chair covers and sashes. We never charge a fee for our dance floor or riser to elevate the head table. We are happy to assist you with any additional rentals you may need beyond what we offer.
 
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
Wildhorse staffs each function appropriately based on the dinner service and bar needs. Please ask your on site Wedding coordinator for specific guest to staff ratios.
 
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
We do require that you use our house DJ which is included in our Entertainment package. We also have the ability to book your additional Vendors for you to ensure you are working with reliable and professional companies however we do not require that you use those we recommend.
 
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
We do require that you use our house DJ although if you are looking to hire live musicians we don't currently have any restrictions as to who you hire. We do need to give final approval for all Vendors who will be performing services here on site.
 
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
Here at Wildhorse we offer our Grand Ballroom that can be divided into two smaller rooms for all our functions. We also have our Restaurant located across the hall that can be rented and used for an additional fee.
 
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
Unfortunately we cannot allow any outside Food or Beverage to be brought on property.
 
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
We do not allow the use of confetti, rice, birdseed or sparklers to be used inside our clubhouse or outside for the Ceremony.
 
What restrictions (if any) on photography?
Here at Wildhorse we will invite your Photographer out for a visit prior to the Ceremony to show them the locations we allow photos to be taken.
 
What restrictions (if any) on videography?
We have no restrictions on Videography.
 
What restrictions (if any) on music?
We only require that you use our house DJ.
 
What restrictions (if any) on attire?
We have no restrictions on attire unless you are here to enjoy a day of golf. When golfing we do ask that appropriate golf attire be worn. Please see your Wildhorse consultant for details.

We have no noise restrictions.
 
If your site is in a public location, is the client required to get any permits?
We do not require any permits.
 
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
We feel that your Wedding is very important to us and we will not host another Wedding or function at the same time as yours.

Wildhorse always provides a Security guard for all evening functions at no charge to you.

Can you provide a coat check?
For an additional fee we can offer you a Coat Check, Guest Book or Gift Attendant.

Wildhorse has a large parking lot to the west of the clubhouse. Valet parking can be arranged for a fee.
