Can you do custom orders? Yes! We’d love to help you create your perfect invitation! Our book allow you to customize already wonderful designs, however, if you’d like something special, we’d be happy to assist you. You may come in and show our sales team your ideas and a designer will contact you with a price, or set up an appointment to meet with our designer.
Can I order online? Of course! The Birds & the Bees has 24 hour shopping online! You can order select invitations from Carlson Craft, Birchcraft and McPhersons directly off our website. We also offer affiliates with several companies including Invitations by Dawn and Jean M. You can access their sites from our website as well!
What is the average cost for invitations? A typical order of 125 invitations with response set and reception card runs between $400 and $600 dollars. Of course we offer many styles under or above that price range. We stock a variety of styles from Seal-n-Sends and Sep-n-Sends to Pocket Style and Letterpress. Don’t forget we offer 15% Off everday on our custom printed invitations!
Do you offer a discount? Yep! You can receive 15% OFF your entire ensemble of invitations! Some items may not be subject to discount due to licensing restrictions.
Catalog Requests We do not produce mail-order catalogs.
Foreign Languages
We can print foreign languages when the letters are from the English alphabet. In addition, we offer Spanish verses for wedding and Quince Años ensembles.
Printing Limitations
The Birds & the Bees reserves the right to refuse to print any copy that may be considered harassing, profane or abusive in nature.
Returns
We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order.

We accept major credit cards. Payment is due at the time your order is placed.
Rushes
Because our production time is so fast, we are unable to rush your order once it is in-house. However, we suggest you choose an expedited shipping method on the shipping screen to ensure the quickest delivery.
Tips and Advice
Love Bird tip #1: Don't forget the Save-the-Dates! Whether you have out of town guests or distant family and friends, it's a great way to announce your upcoming ceremony. Save-the-Dates help your guests plan ahead, make travel arrangements and sometimes they announce your engagement! We suggest you order Save-the-Dates 8-9 months before the wedding.
Love Bird tip #2: Start looking at inviations as soon as you can! You don't have to decide right away and with all the choices out there we want to make sure you pick the perfect one for you. We suggest to start looking online. Print out some styles you like and bring them into the shop. Our bizzy bee sales team can help you find what you've selected or show you similar styles. We also can customize your order if you like! We can always provide you with a quote in advance and keep it on file when you are ready to order!
Love Bird tip #3: Plan ahead! You don't want to be caught last minute rushing to order invitations. Although simple with a little help from our bizzy bees - it can be a very daunting task to order your invitations. Make sure you have all your information before ordering. You will need dates, times, addresses of the church and hall and any food choices. We're here to help you through it all! Order your invitations 3-5 months in advance.
