Males: Country attire /some with hats for casual engagements
Females: always pants but bling / bling stage attire
Tuxes / bling gowns for very formal wedding if requested in advance
Do you offer live sample performances or CDs?
we have video demos on our websites and many of our engagements are open to the public
Are you willing to learn songs that you do not currently know?
Depends...Usually, if not, We can always provide it on a I-pod through our sound system
How much time do you usually need for setup?
Set up usually requires that we get into the venue 3 to 5 hours before the guest arrive...Every engagement is important to us and we treat it as if it is our most important one, this requires time.
How much space do you usually require?
Our minimum space requirement is dependant upon length and width, for instance if the area is only a 8ft deep section then we need 24 ft long. If the area is 12' deep we can get by with 16 ft long. Most stages we have been at in most of the popular rental halls usually work well for us.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
LED lighting colorado 3's , (par cans when need additional light) and effects lighting including 2 aggressors, 1 multi color light ball and one pin-white light slow rotating ball. Bubble machine available on advance request only
Do you usually emcee the event, or talk between songs?
If this is a wedding reception we announce dances for special people ( bride/father, bride/groom/ groom/mother etc etc) at no additional charge. There is an additional charge of $100 to act as a complete "Master of Ceremonies" which would be everything from announcing the arrivals of each person in the wedding party to cutting the cake emcee to garter/flower toss etc etc. Other than that talking is very minimal between songs, We understand that You hire a band for their music not for their conversation.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you need a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Wedding party is to provide meal for the band, this can if need be, prior to the reception starting time, if music is provided by our i-pod during reception dinner then we can eat with the wedding guests if you desire, or we can munch during our break if there is a buffet table up during reception.
Do you play recorded music during your break?
We play selections during break, we have almost any song available if we know in advance. The all time Group party songs are also played if requested.
What is your overtime rate?
Deal now is $100 for additional hour if booked in advance- if booked on the spot the night of, then it is $200 for one more hour.
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Only if it is outside of a 2 hour drive one way from Cocoa FL. Additional charge depends on where it is and what kind of overnight (if needed) accomodations will be provided. A typical charge is $2500.00- again could be less/ more depending on location / accomodations, staging needed etc.
