Yes an appointment is needed.
 
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Depends on the dress style. Normal time can range from 2-4 weeks if the dress is in stock. Or if the dress has to be made the time could range from 3- months or longer.
 
How often do you receive new dresses?
Every 4-6 months.
 
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
Refer to my website for the description and pricing of gowns and for our return policy.
 
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
No, But we have seamstress that we can refer you too.
