Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We offer unique photographic color techniques with a custom design for each bride and wedding. Black and white, sepia, tinting are just a small part of the special treatment given to our photographs.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We have experience shooting in low light, candlelight, on locations outside, etc. The sky is the limit.
Is your media preference film or digital?
We are totally digital.
How many photographers do you work with?
Husband and wife team.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
On an emergency basis only.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Two cameras, multiple lenses, tripod, two flashes.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Always.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Unlimited time on the day of the wedding. We usually arrive two hours before the wedding to take formals and after the wedding, it only takes about 20 to 30 minutes for all pictures to be taken and then we are off to the reception. We do not leave until the bride and groom leave.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Hourly rate only applies to rehearsal dinners or other ancillary events. Wedding coverage is unlimited time.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
None.
Do you charge for travel?
If over 50 miles.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
All of our pictures are edited and printed for the bride. Prints are complete within 6 to 8 weeks. We can also provide on-line proofs of several wedding pictures for the couple, family and friends upon request at the time of booking at no charge.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
The wedding couple receive the proofs as 4x6 prints in a proof album which they get to keep.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
This is part of our wedding package for the bride and groom. They receive all prints of the wedding/reception.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
We give copyright release to the couple.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, upon request.
What kind of albums do you offer?
10x10 or larger. Bride will pick the pictures to be printed and I design the album. It goes to print upon her final approval. They are high quality flushmount leather albums printed on the highest quality archival paper.
When will the client get the final album?
The bride is asked to pick 75 to 100 of her favorite pictures from the proofs to be included in the final wedding album design. We allow the bride to make this decision within 6 months of receiving her proof album. It can be sooner. Her final wedding album is a unique one-of-a-kind album designed to her taste and colors.
