We will arrange set up with the location, it takes 1-2 hours depending on the group.

Space depends on the number of musicians hired, I list the requirement on my website.
 
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
We have a portable piano keyboard, sound system PA. and band flood lighting.
 
Do you usually emcee the event, or talk between songs?
Yes, Diane will make introductions, and any announcements you need.
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you need a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
A meal is not required, it is appreciated if we're playing for dinner and the dance.
 
Do you play recorded music during your break?
Yes, we can play recorded music during breaks for continuous music.
 
What is your overtime rate?
Additional rates (all fees)will be listed on your contract.
 
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
We charge mileage at the standard currentIRS rate $.50 a mile outside the Twin Cities area.You will receive an estimate.

We perform at outside events if adequate shade or a tented / covered area is provided. Special requested song arrangements are available in all styles of music. We have many outstanding song arrangements that include all instruments combined as a small ceremony orchestra- vocalist, pianist, string trio and harp.
