Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We do touch-ups on each image given to our wedding clients. We also offer black/white images of the color images, etc.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
Our studio uses top of the line photography equipment including low light lenses. We can also bring an entire studio set-up, with studio lights to your wedding location for portraits, etc. We are equipped to handle any lighting situation.

Digital preference.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I do not book myself for more than one wedding per day. Deluxe weddings will have 2 photographers from our studio.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I have 2 - 3 other photographers available.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Equipment I bring, includes my portrait camera with 3 lenses; 2 back-up cameras; 2 back-up lenses; 3 flashes (2 are back-up); chargers; etc. Complete studio equipment is brought for standard and up, weddings.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Both. I charge a flat rate for a Deluxe wedding package, so time is unlimited - this also includes: books, framed prints, a prior engagement portrait session, etc. If my clients are having a small wedding, I accommodate their needs and charge an hourly rate, so they are not paying for more time than they need.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
If my clients book a smaller package which is an hourly rate, they can add on more time at $99 p/hour.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
None.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes - over 30 miles.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Approximately 2 days.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Bridal couple will receive a disk of high resolution, high quality images, which is theirs to keep, print, share, copy, etc. - bascially do as they wish with it. A signed letter by my studio will give the couple all rights to their images.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Forever.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Copyright belongs to the wedding couple.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
I maintain the right to use the wedding couples images to display on my website - but I always ask their permission first.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes - along with a high quality disk given to the wedding couple.
What kind of albums do you offer?
A customized "coffee table" book of the images, the wedding couple chooses.
When will the client get the final album?
The wedding couple will receive their book after they have made their photo selections.
