What additional services do you provide?

Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings?
I offer a free consultation to any bride that calls ahead to schedule an appointment. I usually have 5-6 different cake flavors to sample at that time. To schedule a consultation, please call 717-898-9156. I look forward to hearing from you!
 
What are your tasting hours?
Consultations are available Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's during the day OR in the evening starting at 6:30 PM and Saturday's starting at 10:30 AM throughout the day (depending on wedding schedule). I am closed on Sunday.
 
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?
cakes are priced by the serving. Most basic butter cream designs will start at $4.00 / serving for the tiered cake.
 
Does the price include the top tier of the cake?
The top tier of your cake is my complimentary gift to you. Traditionally it is saved for the first anniversary. I will provide a box for this cake along with instructions as to store it properly for the best results the following year.
 
Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
I love working with fresh flowers to add the finishing touch to your cake. I will work with you and your florist to see that those details are accomplished.
 
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
I have several custom make cake stands/pedestals available for a small rental fee ($25-$50)
 
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
I deliver FREE within the Lancaster area.

Tips and Advice
Plan early  to eliminate stress.  When booking a baker, 9 months out is what I consider an ideal amount of  time.  This gives us the ability to work out logistics and do sketches (if needed).  Please call to schedule a consultation @ 717-898-9156.  I look forward to serving you with the cake of your dreams!
