What wedding planning services do you offer?
Day-of Coordinator, Full Planning, Partial Planning
 
How many planners do you work with?
At each event, there is atleast 1 assistant. Depending on size and complexity of an event, additional staff will be added.
 
What style of wedding do you specialize in planning?

What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past?
For weddings and social events, we have had the pleasure to coordinate events from 50-500 guests.

Additional Questions and Answers

Do you do wedding outside of the Pine Bluff area?
Yes, we are available to direct and plan weddings and events outside of the Pine Bluff area, however, travel expenses and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the client.  Any event 25 miles from the Pine Bluff area requires a small travel fee.

How will do charge for your services?
PTRE does not charge a client a percentage of the total budget.  A flat fee for services is charged to the client based on the package selection, the amount of time that will be needed to execute planning and direction of your event, and the number of assistants needed during the day of your event.  After your consultation with PTRE, an initial estimate of services proposal will be emailed to you detailing the services that will be provided for your approval.
