Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We are expertly trained photographic techniques, including, hand-coloring, B&W, Sepia, duotones, etc.
 
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We have photographed brides in various lighting situations, ranging from dark churches to bright midday sun. Our approaches vary and we have the best available equipment to shoot in any given situation.
 
Is your media preference film or digital?
We only shoot digital media. Using Professional Canon cameras and lenses.
 
How many photographers do you work with?
We work with about five photographers depending on availability.
 
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
We guarantee our presence at an actual event, provided there are no Force Major (Acts of God) in effect.
 
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Yes, but only if the timing allows for it. We do not conflict wedding times.
 
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, a provision can be made for a replacement photographer.
 
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Each wedding day, the photographers bring 3 Canon bodies and lenses ranging from 15mm Fisheye to a 300 mm. We bring three flashes, various stands and lighting accessories.
 
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
All weddings have backup equipment available.
 
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Our packages include hourly and by full day services.
 
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Each additional hour beyond the contacted time is $200.
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We do not take breaks during the wedding day.
 
Do you charge for travel?
No, provided the wedding is within 2 hours travel from our studio.
 
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
The proofs will be available within 3 days of the wedding. A wedding video will be available for the couple within 3 days of the wedding.
 
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
All proofs are offered on-line.
 
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proofs are on-line and are not hardcopies.
 
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
The Studio retains the copyright to all photos, but does provide a release to the couple to make non-commercial (Family/Friends) reprints.
 
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
We reserve the right to publish the photos.
 
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
The studio provides High Resolution Digital files on a DVD to the couple.
 
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes, an online gallery will be available within 3 days of the wedding.
 
What kind of albums do you offer?
The studio offers Flushmount and Table Coffee books.
 
When will the client get the final album?
Yes, couple will receive the final book.
