Additional Questions and Answers

Q. What are your wedding photography package fees?

A. Due to the endless variations available for photography packages; we suggest a consult (pre-event, photo-session, etc) with each of our clients. This ensures that we may customize a unique package for you which will suit your specific need.  Thus the price of the package will vary on the different features, materials, time, etc…allocated to each experience.

Q. Are Wedding Albums and other accessories available with the packages?

A. Our wedding albums included in our packages are the finest premium quality materials with leather craftsmen, Acrylic, and metallic cover. Of course, all your albums can be personalized with names, dates, etc. We also offer the Fine Art Book, a magazine-style Gallery Book which is very unique to display on your coffee table.

Please contact us for specific detailed information and to see our samples at: 407-271-5358

Q. How far in advance can we book our event?

A. We take reservations a year in advance. Also, particular dates are more popular than others. We only photograph a limited number of weddings per year, in order to maintain a high level of service. A retainer fee of $500 is required to secure your date and will be applied towards your balance. Contact us for availability.

Q. Do you charge Travel Fees?

A. We’re located in the heart of Orlando, Florida. We have photographed events nationally. Any place outside of Florida, our larger projects/packages include travel expense. For smaller scale events/programs, we would require roundtrip airfare, accommodations, and possibly rental car or transportation expenses covered.

Q. What is the turnaround we should expect to get our proofs and photos?

A. The proofs are able to be viewed on our secure website approximately four weeks after the event. Further instructions are always provided on that site.

Tips and Advice

Helpful Things To Consider: Make sure you hire a photographer who specializes in weddings. Your photographer should be experienced in wedding procedures and familiar with your ceremony and reception sites. This will allow him/her to anticipate your next move and be in the proper place at the right time to capture all the special moments. Personal rapport is extremely important. The photographer may be an expert, but if you don't feel comfortable or at ease with him or her, your photography will reflect this. Comfort and compatibility with your photographer can make or break your wedding day and your photographs!

Look at his/her work. See if the photographer captured the excitement and emotion of the bridal couple. Also, remember that the wedding album should unfold like a story book -- the story of your wedding. Be sure to discuss with your photographer the photos you want so that there is no misunderstanding. A good wedding photographer should have a list of suggested poses to choose from.

Sometimes choosing the smallest or least expensive photography package is not the most cost-effective option. One bride chose the least expensive package and afterwards spent $700 to buy additional prints that were not included in her original package. A more comprehensive package would have cost her only an additional $250 more if purchased up front.

Look at albums ready to be delivered, or proofs of weddings recently photographed. Look at the photographer's preferred style. Some photographers are known for formal poses, while others specialize in more candid, creative shots. Some can do both.

When asked to provide references, many photographers will give you the names of people they know are happy with their work. Some may even give you names from weddings they performed several years ago. This may not indicate the photographer's current ability or reputation. So when asking for references, be sure to ask for recent weddings the photographer has performed. This will give you a good idea of his/her current work. Be sure to ask if the photographer was prompt, cordial, properly dressed and whether he performed his duties as expected.
