Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
It is best to schedule an appointment so that we may give you all the time you need and deserve to complete what you would like to accomplish.
What wedding dress brands do you carry at your boutique?
Maggie Sottero, Sottero Midgley and Destinations by Maggie Sottero are very popular, as well as Casablanca and Mori Lee. They are lovely gowns and unique in design as well. Brand new to our showroom floor are Raylia Designs, and a new designer, Mia Salano. The are beautiful! Each Designer has a certain style that sets them apart, and are moderately priced. We have chosen all these designers because the companies deliver their gowns on time or before, has a fantastic customer service department and are willing to work with us when a Bride has waited too long to order their gown. They keep many gowns in stock for immediate delivery.
What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
That depends on the designer, usually 12 to 16 weeks, but often times the gown may come in, in a week to 4 weeks when it is in stock or already on its way to the warehouse - waiting for a someone who needs a gown right away. So if you are a Bride whose wedding date is within the next month or two, you still have a good chance to get the gown of your dreams!
How often do you receive new dresses?
Our dresses arrive all year long.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
We are able to call a seamstress to come to our store to meet you for an appointment, and/or we have referrals in several areas of town & the state to meet our customers needs. Really it is what works best for our customers needs. You usually save money going to a recommended seamstress (one who usually works out of their home instead of in a shop.)
In addition to wedding dresses, what other products do you sell?
PIZAZZ! carries just about everything for the wedding party, including shoes and jewelry, rental/purchase slips,
adhesive gel cups (known as chicken cutlets), veils, and other accessories from Beverly Clark such as Ring Bearer Pillows, Flower Girl Baskets, Guest Book, Pen and more.
