These are the key factors to a successful wedding – that is what we at Bella Amore Events genuinely believe. Since 2003, our company’s goal has been to establish a professional and personal relationship with the bride and all involved. As a client of Bella Amore, your planner will be more than just a hired ‘wedding vendor’; she will become your friend and an active participant in your wedding assuring all details have been tended to with the utmost care. Bella Amore does not just take on any client that contacts us – in fact, we select clients based on feeling that necessary bond and click that will create a friendship. Only after this do we believe that superb service is achievable and a dream wedding is attainable.
Bella Amore specializes in full and partial wedding planning and coordination in a boutique-like planning environment for our clients. Our packages are designed to keep clients in the driver’s seat, but allow us to take the stress off the client’s shoulders. With the partial and full packages we dedicate two weeks prior to your wedding to you and your fiancé. This is crunch time and we want to make sure we are there for you at your convenience. With that said, we never take on more than two weddings per month to ensure that you, our client and our friend, are our #1 priority.
Bella Amore also works as a team. While you will work very closely with Karie, the owner and head planner, her team will work together to bring your day to life. Your wedding will be coordinated professionally and flawlessly by Karie as well as at least one other coordinator. Our team includes a total of four people, all bringing a unique and special skill-set to your wedding making sure you are well taken care of. On staff we have an amateur photographer and artist, a trained videographer/graphic designer, and a florist in training. So, regardless of your planning or wedding day needs, the Bella Amore team is diverse enough to offer you the support you need to make the right wedding vendor decisions and/or assist in last minute needs.
Another distinguishing feature of Bella Amore is our boutique-like planning environment. We not only plan weddings, but we offer also additional features to our clients making wedding planning easy and fun. Our studio office features a wealth of resources, rentals, and samples for client use and perusal. We carry a dozen wedding invitation sample books, favor samples, rentals, planning and etiquette books, and DVDs to help you with your big day. While there are retailers that carry these items, our to-be-weds prefer the level of individual attention coupled with better pricing we offer them. We welcome our couples to sit down, relax on the couch with a cup of coffee and enjoy page turning through an array of invitations ranging in style and price or just enjoying perusing our Idea Books and Idea DVDs (a compilation of 5+ years of wedding clippings and movie clips).
We invite prospective couples to schedule a complimentary one-on-one consultation with us to discuss your wedding. At this meeting, we will share our portfolio with you and take the time to understand you, your concept, and your wants and needs. We will then come up with a design, planning, and coordination package that precisely fits your wants, needs, and of course -- your budget. At that time, we will decide if Bella Amore Events fits your wedding style and if so, we will start working together, continuing to learn more about each other and how we will work together.
Today there are so many choices for wedding vendors. It can be overwhelming. For this reason we have made the conscience decision to make sure we mesh well with our clients to ensure we shed that one tear when she takes the aisle and continue to remain close after the wedding. So how do we accomplish this? As a Bella Amore potential client, we work with you for up to a month prior to deciding to formally work together. Working together is a decision that both parties make. During the month you will receive all the TLC that a typical client would receive. You will learn how we work and we will learn how you work. Decisions will be made, appointments set, and planning will genuinely take place. After initially working together, then we will pursue a contractual relationship and proceed with planning.
We thank you for your interest in our company and invite you to visit our all new website featuring over a dozen new weddings, service lists, advice, tips, published weddings, testimonials, and much more! We also welcome you to check out our portfolio of sampe work below from our actual events.
Working with Bella Amore Events, we know that every detail for the day has been considered and carefully planned by Karie Lewicki, the event coordinator and founder of Bella Amore. From tedious logistics to artistic décor, Karie has the natural talent to deliver on both. Some of the most beautiful and organized weddings we have photographed were crafted by her. Her services start early in the planning process and provide couples the reassurance they need at times to take them up to and through the wedding day. We always look forward to working with Karie.
For a flawless event, Bella Amore is the choice for any bride. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. They know how to dot all the i's and cross all the t's. We highly recommend them!
Belle Amore Events was a pleasure to work with. Their organization and execution was perfect and that goes over well when working together with other vendors. I would highly recommend them and will keep referring them in the future!
We have provided carriages at Foxchase Manor sincev its ground breaking. It is a beautiful place to use a carriage. We also provide the white mare for The Grooms Procession for many of the South Asian Baraats held at Foxchase. The staff as Foxchase have always been great to work with and we enjoy taking one of our carriages or mares to Foxchase.
Karie is wonderful to work with. As a deejay, my main contact at many weddings are the wedding coordinators and Karie, along with her staff are great to work with. They really take the pressure off and truly work behind the scenes to make sure your wedding is exactly what you anticipated. It's a pleasure to be associated with Bella Amore and I look forward to each party we get to work together!

We work on a Coordination Team at weddings of at least 2 coordinators.

Which venues have you worked at or are familiar with?

Did you know the average wedding can take more than two hundred fifty hours just to plan? With today’s hectic lifestyles, most brides do not have time to compare all the options, making sure they get the best deal, and make sure all the details are in place. Besides that, brides-to-be are not expected to know what vendors are the best to fit her wedding style, budget and needs. Enter: the wedding planner! Wedding planners are not hired to make all decisions for you, but rather to guide and assist you in making informed decisions. A planners training, knowledge, and experience with local vendors can and will turn your dreams and expectations into reality and save you time and money.
Continuing, we do not feel comfortable working with a bride for the last couple of weeks prior to her wedding. We do not feel this is enough time to learn all the details of the wedding and our client. After all, how would we know 100% where you want the sweetheart table without physically seeing the location? Or how does a coordinator know you expected white roses for the centerpieces rather than the white hydrangea? They both look beautiful... Planners can really help alleviate any problems at your wedding by really knowing your, your wedding, and your wants and needs. With that said, we prefer to work with our clients for a longer period of time to ensure everything at the wedding occurs as planned.
3)How many weddings does Bella Amore take on each year?
Bella Amore takes pride in qualityweddings; not quantity of weddings. Even with a staff, we focus on no more than two weddings per month. There are some months where we only take on one. This is on a case by case basis. Some couples opt for multiday, multilocation weddings and it’s our goal to ensure quality at all events. Bella Amore is by no means a wedding factory and we take pride in that. By focusing on a small number of weddings we get to really know our brides and feel confident that our brides can receive the type of care they deserve -- unique and personal ideas, timely communication and information, and a wide variety of meeting times that are convenient.

So you think you don’t need a wedding planner, right? THINK AGAIN!
Many couples do not see the advantages of hiring a wedding planner. In actuality couples invest exponentially more money into other vendors than a wedding planner – the person whose job it is to pull everything together, make the best recommendations, and best of all … save you time and money in ways you never would have thought!
Hiring a wedding planner might seem like an extravagant expense worth “cutting” to trim your budget; however, hiring a wedding planner could be the best investment you make. In fact, wedding planners oftentimes save you as much as the investment of hiring one (if not more) by negotiating discounts with suppliers and other wedding vendors. Wedding planners are not only for those couples with enormous budgets. In fact, couples are on a restricted budget can benefit most by hiring a wedding planner. A wedding planner will help you set a realistic wedding budget, based on how much you have to spend and in the case of experienced professionals – will find ways to save you money.
For most couples, their wedding day will be the most expensive single day of their life and they might need some guidance when spending this much money in the best possible ways. Couples consult experts for advice when it comes to buying a home, paying for college, or even paying for a vacation home … so why not the most important day of your life? The average bride spends 250 hours organizing her wedding - that’s equal to 6 full-time working weeks!
Not having the time to plan all the minute details is only one reason to consider hiring a wedding planner like Bella Amore. We have a wealth of knowledge about wedding etiquette, handling last minute emergencies and negotiating contracts. We have worked closely with vendors and will recommend the best professionals within your budget for your wedding day. We will work with you to creative solutions to problems you may have not have even anticipated. We will also be your creative partner and offer advice and opinions, in addition to looking after all the practical arrangements. We will help you prioritize, plan ahead, consider risks and always be one step ahead.
If you are still not sold on hiring a wedding planner, ask yourself the following:
1)Do I have the experience and knowledge to determine a realistic wedding budget?
2)Do I have unlimited time to plan my wedding day?
3)Am I organized enough to manage the budget, guest list, gifts, and most importantly, my time?
4)Am I able to visit vendors during the daytime when their offices are open?
5)Am I comfortable negotiating contracts with caterers, photographers, florists, stationers, cake bakers, etc.?
6)Am I comfortable relying on online and print resources to find the best vendors to meet my budget, get creative ideas, and answer etiquette questions?
7)Am I prepared to deal with disagreements with vendors, family, and friends about the details?
8)Can I deal with last minute problems that may come up during planning or even on the day of my wedding?
If you answered no to any of the above, a wedding planner is the right decision for you! We hope to hear from you soon to discuss how we can help you save time, money, and your sanity during your wedding planning. It’s a one in a lifetime opportunity -- let Bella Amore Events help you ENJOY IT.
