With a total of 67 years of combined experience, they lead an all-family business of five professional wedding and portrait photographers. Burns Photography has photographed over 2750 weddings in the last five decades, and possess the creative skill and knowledge to capture the wedding celebration with great attention to detail and finesse.
Burns Photography offers the region’s most affordable rates on award-winning wedding photography. A beautiful full-sized album and engagement portraits are included with every package we offer. We offer numerous wedding packages. Our packages (All include a full-sized professional wedding album, engagement portraits and Photodiscs)begin at $695.00 for 3.5 hours of wedding coverage. Our unlimited time package on the wedding day is $1995.00 and features a full array of included services. All of our packages include every photograph taken on your wedding day

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
We use photoshop editing to enhance portraits and candids. Photoshop is used in moderation, and, when applied correctly, can be quite effective.
 
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
We are well-versed in all aspects of natural and artificial lighting. We bring umbrella dispersed lighting to indoor events requiring additional illumination.
 
Is your media preference film or digital?
We shoot with new Canon 10.2 digital megapixel cameras. These cameras allow us to immediately view our work to assure beautiful images.
 
How many photographers do you work with?
This depends upon the scenario of the wedding day. We work with you to determine the number of hours you require our services.Intimate weddings are generally handled by one photographer, while larger weddings with multiple locations and extended hours may require two photographers.
 
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
We discuss, in detail, with the Bride and Groom, which of us will serve them on the wedding day. Randall Burns photographs at all weddings
 
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We never double book during the same time frame.
 
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We have never been late to a wedding. We have an industry contract that details our start time and departure time. If one of us has an emergency, then another of our five member staff takes their place. (This scenario has never occured)
 
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We each carry three cameras to the location and all of the appropriate back-up cables and flashes.
 
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We have a triple back-up system.
 
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We offer packages that offer anywhere from 3.5 to unlimited hours on the wedding day.
 
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Overtime, if required, is $95.00 per hour.
 
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Do you charge for travel?
No travel charges for weddings in the Denver Metroplex. We are delighted to travel, and charge the least expensive fees in the region. Example: Estes Park $95.00 RT
 
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
We guarantee in our contract that the wedding album will be completed 2 working weeks after the wedding.
 
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
CD-ROM
 
How long can the client keep the proofs?
We give the Bride and Groom all images in a 4"X6" size
 
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
The Bride and Groom receive a letter indicating they may make all the copies they desire at any location. Our images are copyright free with no restrictions.
 
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
On occasion, we will publish a unique portrait or candid on our website, but only with the Bride's permission.
 
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
All materials are given to the Bride and Groom when they are presented with their wedding album.
 
Will images be available for viewing online?
For privacy issues, we do not use an online gallery.
 
What kind of albums do you offer?
We offer a full catalogue of wedding albums. The albums are made in Cleveland, Ohio.
 
When will the client get the final album?
Guaranteed 2 working weeks after the wedding.
