Do you charge for trials?
$200 In-Studio Only -- The trial session is of outmost importance to us. We will begin with a 15 minute consultation; we request that you collect sample photos of the style of makeup, hair, dress and wedding day colors to bring to the trial session. Having your veil and hair accessories is recommended but no required. We will then re-create the look you desire for your wedding day. Lastly, a photo-shoot of the final look for our file and reference (copies of the photos will be emailed to you by the next business day). Approximately 3 hours per trial session. A friend or a family member is welcomed to come with you.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Our convenient mobile service brings the salon to you, allowing you to save time, money and help you relax on your wedding day. We bring all the equipment, setup, and materials. The fee also covers mileage, parking, and toll fees for the PMA team.
Special arrangements can be made for travel outside the bay area, nationally and internationally.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
We have 4 members in our staff so we can acommodate large parties.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
At least six months prior to the wedding date. In order to maintain the high standards that have become our trademark, we limit the amount of weddings to 40 per year; we receive 200+ requests every year and we can not accommodate every request. We do not have a wait list, dates are not guaranteed or held without a contract.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel at any time for any reason. Cancellations must be made in writing by certified mail. There will be no refund of the $200 deposit. PMA appreciates at least a 30 day cancellation notice.
PMA Cancellation: In the very unlikely event that PMA may need to cancel due to extraordinary circumstances, PMA will notify the client by certified mail and refund the deposit and all monies received.
