Southern Charm Photography is a family owned and operated business. We have been working in the area of wedding photography for about ten years and have photographed in excess of 400 weddings.

As we near our ten year anniversary we realize the importance of capturing each moment. Whether it be, a wedding or family portrait, our photographs are what allow us to relive life's most precious events. We at Southern Charm Photography are dedicated to preserving your memories with thoughtfulness and clarity.

We believe that the key to outstanding photographs is the happiness of the client. To make your experience as enjoyable as possible our photo sessions are done on location.

At Southern Charm Photography we use digital equipment. This allows us to take an unlimited number of images, thus giving you an unlimited number of ways to remember your special day.

We also understand that family is often spread throughout the country, so we make our pictures easily accessible to friends and family via the internet. This way even those who live far away can view your pictures, allowing loved ones to bridge the miles and feel a part of your special day and create memories of their own.

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?
All images are individually edited and specific images are chosen for special effects editing including, cropping, colorizing, black and white, sepia toning just to name a few.
 
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
After more than 400 weddings there are not many lighting situations we have not encountered.
 
Is your media preference film or digital?

How many photographers do you work with?

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Unless there is an accident or illness.
 
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Occasionally more than one in a weekend- never more than one in a day.
 
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Two Nikon digital cameras, various lenses and tons of batteries and memory!
