How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Charges will be based upon services provided, i.e. room rental, on-site ceremony, catering and number of guests.
Do you offer any special services?
The Golf Club provides the perfect setting for your ceremony and or reception, complete with set-up and clean-up.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
We are able to give you and your Guests your own Private Dining experience for the rehearsal dinner. This allows you to enjoy intimate dinner among your closest friends and family, not a noisy experience in a crowded restaurant. You would have the complete attention of our Wait Staff as well as silence when someone wants to get up and make a Toast to you, the Bride, and your Groom!
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
The Golf Club will provide you with either a large wooden archway, or 2 sets of grecian columns. We also provide a real white carpet runner of the center aisle.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Fossil Creek will cater to all your needs; we take care of everything for you, leaving you with little to worry about. We will do all of your set up and all the clean up. We provide you with your tables, chairs, cloth linens & napkins (in your choice of colors), all your flatware, stemware & silverware. We also have a Candlelight Centerpiece for your use. Also, we do not charge any miscellaneous fees such as cake cutting fee, dance floor fee, security fee, clean up fee, etc.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
You are free to choose whom ever you are most comfortable using for your wedding services. However, the Golf Club can provide you with a complete listing of preferred vendors.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
The event host is free to use any musician vendor they choose.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion?
The Golf Club will provide the bride and groom with their very own dressing rooms to prepare for their special day. In addition our Cardroom is available for the day of.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No, all alcohol must be purchased from the club.
How many power outlets does the venue have?
The Golf Club can provide plenty of electricty for any special needs the bride may have, both at the outdoor ceremony site and in the Greatroom.
Do you offer security, if requested?
The golf club reserves the right to require security for any event over 100 guests. The guest will be responsible for paying for security fees at a rate of $200.00.
