Jake Ritchie is a professional and an extremely knowledgeable DJ. His mannerisms, professionalism and attention to detail with each Bride and Groom are unmatched. He has state of the art BOSE equipment, is completely up-to-date with music and has an extremely large library of songs. Jake will go the extra mile for his clients to make sure everything goes smoothly for the bride and groom. I highly recommend DJ Jake Ritchie.

I recently worked a wedding at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in D.C. with Jake from Dream Day DJs and was impressed by his thorough yet flexible approach to working with me as a wedding coordinator. Jake was easygoing, incredibly personable and pleasant to work with. We spoke a couple of weeks ahead of the wedding and he was more than happy to take the time to go over all of the details of the wedding with me and make changes to the timeline as needed. At the reception, his Dj style was low-key, classy, and unobtrusive. The bride, groom, and guests enjoyed themselves immensely. The wedding went flawlessly, and I enjoyed my experience working with Jake. Jake is an amazing DJ! As a planner, I understand how a DJ can really make/break a wedding reception more so than food, ambiance, etc. They hold the keys to the party and Jake knows how to ensure a successful reception. Unlike some other DJs, he keeps the newlyweds and guests wants/needs in mind catering the music to ensure the party stays hoppin'! He is unobtrusive, professional, and fun to work with. Jake is a true professional. I have worked with a lot of DJs both in this area as well as other parts of the country and I have not worked with any that can control a party like Jake. When I know Jake is working a wedding here at the Sheraton, I know I will have nothing to worry about. If you are looking for a low-key wedding party or a blow-out bash- Jake is the one to ensure your guests have the most memorable party.
