We color correct and digitally enhance every single photo that is delivered to the couple. We use many different techniques that only enhance what we capture in the camera. |

We have photographed many weddings in every lighting situation possible, from full-sunlight to dim candlelight. |

Do you
sometimes book yourself for more than one wedding in a day?
We book one wedding, per day, per team. We do typically book more than one event per weekend. |
Do you have a
replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on
the wedding day?
Not a specific photographer, but we have a list of other photographers that we can call up. And now, with our associate company, we have 6 other photographers that we have trained, that are available anytime. |
What kind of
equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
The highest grade Canon professional imaging equipment available. |
Do you bring
back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, to every event. |
Do you charge
hourly or full day?
Our packages are based on hours of coverage. |
If hourly, are
you available for shooting overtime? If so, how much do you
charge for overtime?
Yes, each additional hour is $500 per hour, covers all photographers working at your event. |
Do you require
a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party
provide your meal?
No, we don't require it, but it sure is nice when we do get to eat!! |
How many breaks
do you usually take throughout the day?
We typically don't take any breaks. If we do, it is just for a few minutes, to sit down. |
Do you charge
for travel?
Yes, $1 per mile traveled outside Maricopa county, as well as any other travel related expenses, hotel, rental car, airplane tickets, etc. |
How soon after
the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
4-6 weeks |
In what format
are the initial proofs offered?
We use Pictage.com for all of our online proofing and ordering. |
Do you retain
the copyright for the photos?
Yes we do. A copyright waiver only for the couple to use and is included on the disc so they can have prints made.

Do you reserve
the right to publish the photos?
Yes, once our agreement is signed. |
Do you provide
the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the
negatives) to the couple?
If the couple orders an album with their package, the full-resolution digital images are delivered on DVD with the album. If the couple doesn't order an album the photos are delivered on the couples' first anniversary, or when their print credit has been used. |
Will images be
available for viewing on an online gallery?
Yes, all of the images will be available on Pictage.com. We also put a slideshow of our favorite images on our website, visionyard.com. |
What kind of
albums do you offer?
We offer flush-mount albums from 5x5 to 12x12. |
When will I get
the final book?
After your photos are ready (4-6 weeks after your wedding), you then will be responsible for choosing the photos for your album. Once you choose the photos we design and order your book. |
How long does
it take to deliver a book?
Once the book is ordered, it takes about 2 weeks for it to be made and shipped back to you. |
