All types! Our brides have given us the opportunity to work in museums, tents, restaurants, historic homes, botanic gardens, reception facilities, hotels, private homes, and the great outdoors. We are flexible and would love to hear what you have in mind for your wedding day!

We love all types of weddings and are eager to learn about the various cultures and traditions of the world. We have experience with Pakistani, Christian/Catholic, Jewish, Indian, Japanese, Muslim, and Ukranian weddings! We often incorporate customs from both families to create a unique and touching ceremony that all guests enjoy.

We are happy to be a part of your wedding day no matter how you choose to tie the knot. We have done full Catholic masses, nondenominational civil ceremonies, and a mix of everything in between. |

Can you help me plan my commitment ceremony?
Of course! We are happy to be a part of any wedding celebration.
How much do you charge?
Our rates vary depending on the coordinator you choose to work with. All our rates and fees are online at www.soireespecialevents.com. Select the 'Team' link, click a name, and scroll down to see their rates. Our Day-of Coordination package begins at a flat rate of $945.00. We go up from there to offer partial planning and full wedding planning services. We also offer hourly consultation if you need some inspiration or are having a destination wedding and need assistance at home before the big day.
Think you don’t need a wedding coordinator? Not all couples do, but think of who will set out your placecards, alert the catering staff when to pour the champagne, and keep track of the marriage license through the night. If your best option is a bridesmaid or a volunteered cousin, consider a day-of coordinator to take care of all the ’work’ on the wedding day.
Think you may need more help with planning? Our partial planning and full planning services can often save you more money than our fee! We work within your total budget to plan the day you envision. Our vendor and venue recommendations will keep you in line, while our timeline and checklist keep you on track. This means you ultimately spend less time and money than you would working by yourself!
