my husband got a tungston wedding band which was the most expensive band they had...3 days after we were married, he dropped the ring on the ground and it shattered...we were told by our salesperson that tungston would never scratch or BREAK. we sent the ring in 3 weeks ago to get a new one,and have yet to receive it.

The lady we worked with (Teresa) was great! She was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. What I liked about her was that she did not try to push you to buy anything. My fingers are very small so my ring had to be sized down considerably. Most of the ring stores we went and looked at said they wouldn't be able to make a ring that small (3.5, I know way small!) without the diamonds falling out. When we talked to her she said that she thought they would be able to do it but if they couldn't she would let us know. I thought they were very professional and will definitely be buying more jewlery from them in the future! We bought all of our wedding jewelery from Zales and are very happy with it.
