Julie, Sarah, They were awesome. Bob and I had our hearts set on a ring set from Zales for over a year. until I walked in one day and saw something I THOUGHT I liked just as much. So, Julie suggested that we come back in December 18, '08, that they were having a design show. Here you could design your own ring which we did do that night. Not knowing how it worked we found what we liked, and the jeweler set to work and told us to come back the following Tue. So while in Traverses City, we went out to dinner. At dinner we were discussing my ring and Bob called to see if we could make a small change, and Julie said it was done if we wanted to stop back and pick it up. OF COURSE! I said we got our dinner to go and went back. She first showed Bob, who then looked at it and turned and asked me to marry him again right there in the store and put the ring on my finger. I WAS SO BEAUTIFUL! I could not breath. We later went back in to purchase or wedding bands from there as well. Thank you ladies for making my ring a one of a kind.

We used zales online to order my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. We were very pleased with the prompt delivery and price. Very beautiful!
