My engagement ring and wedding band were bought as a set and are absolutley beautiful. Even though it is an outlet the quality is just as good as the regular store. The groom's wedding band would have been bought at the same outlet store except they didn't have one he liked, but it was still purchased it from Zales.
The staff is helpful and polite. Very nice about services-sizings, cleanings, etc.

They had many tungsten rings to choose from in different sizes. We were able to find a ring in a large size right away! They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I simply LOVE Zales Outlet!! - the People are awesome to do business with and have never given us any problems with cleaning or replacing a diamond thast fell out of my ring. I would recommed everyone check them out before going to a HIGH dollar jewelry store!

Zales Outlet in Missouri City, TX in the Riverstone shopping center is wonderful. Not only is the jewlery beautiful, the customer service is wonderful. Anytime I have needed resizing and fixing, polishing, anything they are alwasy so helpful. They really cater to each individual and they are so reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyome!!!

We loved our rings and got them at a very reasonable price.

The sales staff was extremely professional and eager to help us. I love my ring and my husband's wedding band is perfect. I used their web site to get an idea of what they had available and the prices. Once I got to the store, I found a much better ring and the price for both our rings was very afforable. They also offer special terms and a Zales credit card which is a big help when you are paying for everything.

The wedding bands we bought were for a pretty fair price and we like the styles. The only thing I did not like was that I was not able to use cash to pay the final payment when I picked up the rings.

I got my wedding band from this store and the lady at the counter actually remembered us from when we were looking at rings. She was super sweet and cleaned both my rings for me making them very sparkly :) We got a great deal on the ring and would definately recommend this jeweler to others!

We bought all of our wedding bands and wedding jewelry here. The sales representatives know us by name and have all gone out of their way to assist us on more than one occasion in the last year. I will continue to use them in the future!!
