My husband bought my engagement ring at this outlet store and we wre so thrilled with the service AND the ring. They had such a unique selection of jewelry, which is why I love my ring so much. I have YET to find a bride who has the ring that I have. They ladies there were amazing and made our experience a good one. No pressure at all to buy! Plus, when we went to any other Zales stores, they also treated us like gold. Thanks!!

I ordered my rings off line, but stopped many times to the store inside Chapel Hill Mall in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. The staff there took their time and allowed us to look for as long as we needed to. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering them, even though we weren't actually buying anything on that day. I love them in that store!

Jennifer made it happen no matter what it was!!!! She was a dream to work with, and explained everything about the diamond/ring buying process. She went well above and beyond anything that I would have ever expected from a Jewelry store manager. We were planning from out of state too, which made sizing etc. tricky, but she worked with us and we could not be happier with our rings!! I will be back there for any jewelry purchases!
