We love the sales staff at Zales! We've been working with Sharon at the Aurora, IL location in the Fox Valley Mall for the past year, and have been very pleased with the service and quality of jewelry. Sharon was able to help us find exactly the diamond we were looking for even though it required having several diamonds brought in over several weeks until we found the perfect Asscher cut for my engagement ring. She also helped us find a setting, even going to a competitor to look at something we saw to make sure she knew just what we were looking for. We've both received compliments on my engagement ring as well as both of our wedding bands from family and friends! We were so pleased with the service and expertise at Zales that we also purchased our wedding bands there as well as jewelry for other family members. We will certainly continue to go to Zales in the future for the service they provide as well as the selection and value they offer.

I love my engagement ring and wedding band. We had a little difficulty with the grooms wedding band becuase we received the wrong size initially, but they worked out everything fairly well with only a little hassle.

They had great bargins and were very attentive to detail. I love having the warranty on my ring so I can have it cleaned and fixed whenever I need to for life!!
