I am very impressed with Zales! They knew their stuff everytime that my husband and I went in. I like how their warranty plans are set up and the fact that they will clean any piece of jewelry you have! I would definitely recommend them!

Zales did a lot to make our wedding jewelry perfect. They were able to refinish and polish my rings so they really shinned on the big day. They worked well with us to get our pieces to us in a timely manner!

Zales is a great place for jewelry, they are always having sales and offer a lifetime warranty for your engagement ring, so even if a prong breaks and you lose the stone, they'll replace it the whole life of the ring! They offer financing which is great if you're young and broke like most of us are! They have great quality rings for great value and they're everywhere!

We got my solitare "zales cut" ring. It is absolutely beautiful. My husband picked it out himself and he couldn't have found a more perfect ring.

I have been back to Zales several times since we have gotten our rings and every time has been a bad experience.
First when I ordered my wedding band it took about 3 weeks to come in which was expected however when I went in to pick it up they had ordered it in GOLD not WHITE gold, which is kind of a big deal so they had to send it back and get a new one, which was very stressful considering I had a bout 3 weeks until the wedding.
Next my husbands ring was to big when we got it but we did not have enough time to exchange it before the wedding so we waited and then when we went back in to get it resized we found out basically that it would take longer then the 6 weeks we had before he left for Iraq for 18 months to get it resized. Which was fine except I really felt like when someone is leaving for a reason like that you should definately make an extra effort to get them the ring before they go, and they really did not seem to care at all when we explained the situation. So for 18 months he was gone in Iraq with wire tied around his ring so he would not lose it.

On a positive note however when he got back they did send for his ring to get resized. HOWEVER they forgot to place the order. SO after a month I called and it had never been ordered, so then they did place a rush on it and we did get it in about a week which was greatly appreciated.

Anyways pretty much I would say if you are to get your rings from there just hound them and make sure everything is ordered and perfect! or else you will add more stress to an already stressful situation.
