The main reason we are giving this jewler a 5/5 is because of the associate named Shirley. She is fantastic. She helped my husband pick out my engagement ring, and she remembered us every time we came in and helped us pick out our wedding rings. She made sure everything was perfect!
Zales does seem to have good prices and they also have financing options, which is a plus. But I would not deal with anyone there but Shirley. The other associates are not nearly as knowledgeable and, every time I worked with another associate to get my ring clean or resized, they messed something up. So when you go, ask for Shirley, and all will be taken care of :)
We got my husband's wedding band here. They didnt want to order a new one in his size and the only one they had was scratched - they said it could just be buffed/dipped (white gold) and that would fix it. But it didnt. I havent had the chance to deal with it anymore and now we are married so I dont want to get a whole new ring. But it was the least expensive place to get it that was reasonably known. But we can get it dipped as we want soooo its not that bad - just has to take it in every couple months to make it look right...
