We went to Zales in Montebello, CA for our wedding rings. The Sales Representative, Norma, attended to us with the utmost courtesy. She specifically remembered the wedding rings we were looking for during our first visit but unfortunately, one was out of stock, so we came back after a few days and gave us the best deals. She let us take our time and always answered our questions with a smile.
We highly recommend Zales Jewelry in the Montebello Towne Center for all of your jewelyry needs (not just wedding rings). Don't forget to ask for Norma.
My husband and I shopped around before we decided we really like the quality and price of Zales. He had purchased my engagement ring from them so it was an easy choice when selecting where to buy our wedding bands. I got a simple platinum band to go with my engagement ring and my husband wanted something more masculine and purchased a titanium band. Its been a couple weeks since our wedding and we are both really happy with our selections and their prices and sales are very reasonable....if you ask they will even tell you when to come back for a sale on a specific item.
we got all our rings from Zales at Glendale and Topanga and they are very nice to us. We got good deals too. All their jewelries are very nice with pretty designs.

Everything was fine until there was something wrong with my ring then Zales did not want to deal with me, even though it was their fault. I would recommend a different Jewlery store for your rings.
We had shopped online for our rings before purchasing them and found exactly what we wanted at Zales; however, when we went to get the rings in the store, they didn't have what we were looking for and they weren't going to be able to have the sizing done before the wedding date. They were not willing to work with us at all and were still trying to sell us on the rings regardless of the fact that we weren't going to have wedding rings for our wedding.
