Men's wedding band selection was somewhat limited. Took 2 weeks to get ring sized. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Ring is really pretty.

My husband paid his first visit to Zales in February of 2009. After he proposed, he told me about his experience with ring shopping. His Mom accompanied him in order to offer a female perspective and be a 'hand model'. David looked at my ring from every possible angle and the sales associate was even sweet enough to let him take the ring outside of the store in order to see it in normal lighting.
My husband puts a lot of thought into purchases such as this one because he wants great quality and great value. At Zales, he got all of this plus two wonderful sales associates that did everything in their power to make sure he was at peace with his final decision.
I have received so many compliments on my ring because it is stunning. It's not huge and gaudy--what makes it so beautiful and eye catching is its unique design and the multi-faceted colorless diamonds. It's a perfect example of when less is more and quality, not quantity, is important.
When my husband contacted Zales to see if we could purchase our wedding bands from the sales associates that helped with the purchase of my engagement ring, they recognized his voice over the phone. Marie, one of the ladies who helped David before, came in on her off day in order to help us pick out our wedding bands. She remembered every detail of my ring and had the wedding band that matched it perfectly ready and waiting for us. It was very comforting to know that Marie didn't care about commission or selling us a ring that we didn't want just to make a buck.
She took such great care of us and my husband and I can't wait to take our rings in for cleaning just so we can see Marie!

This Zales was at Northgate Mall in Hixson, TN and they were very nice and helped me get a good deal.
