Everything went well until I went to get my ring resized and saudered together after the wedding. There was a mix up and I had to go in there 3 or 4 times until it was right. They resized to the wrong size before the wedding, so we had to rush to get it done before. Then afterwards, I went to get my engagement ring and wedding bands saudered together and they didn't remove the pieces that had previously been holding together my wedding bands. I sent it back to have those pieces removed, and then for some reason my ring was resized again! I ended up with not being able to wear my rings for nearly 2 months total.

Other than that, economical and friendly. They were always very apologetic after they made a mistake if that's any consolation.

My husband purchased the engagement ring from Zales and we went back to find the wedding band, which was gorgeous. He also picked out his wedding band from them as well. We get free cleanings every 6 months for our rings and we have the rings covered by their insurance as well. Both of us need our rings resized and they do that at no charge as well.
