I will always recommend Zales for just about anything jewelry related. The company has exceptional style and taste and the perks that come with buying their jewelry is great. I have everything from tennis bracelets to pearl sets to our engagement and wedding rings. We have warranty on all of our pieces. If ever something falls out, or needs to be redipped or rebuffed or whatever, they do it for free. Everytime I walk into a Zales I get my jewelry cleaned. I love their service.

We got our wedding bands and my engagement ring, the sales people are cordial, great value for your money and the fact you can have a Lifetime warranty in your jewelry for a very little cost, its good, cover everything you need, downsize, deep rings later, cleaning and from one of my rings came out and lost the diamond and they replaced, no questions asked, I would recommend this place always!.

Had a nice experrience with Zales. Professional and friendly service. They also offer lifetime warranties and cleaning. I can get my ring cleaned anytime I go to the mall. About 4 years after I got my ring, I lost one of the bagette diamonds. It was replaced under the waranty and they also redipped it in white gold whenit was bring repaired.
