We enjoyed our experience with Your Dream Day. It was nice to be able to just hand everything over to them and have them take care of all of little details that I just didn't want to worry about on my wedding day. However, we did have several comments that the coordiantors were rude and pusshy with our guests. I am not happy about this and I feel like our guests were really taken aback by the attitude that was given to them when some of our guests had come from hundreds some thousands of miles aways. Other than this it was wonderful to have them be apart of our big day!

Amanda, I'm glad we had the chance to chat this morning! We are thrilled that you, your husband, your mother and your bridal party were very happy with our services. Most importantly, I'm glad we could discuss the comment you made about our staff being rude to a few guests. It sounds like the information was given to you second-hand by one person, who was told this by a few out-of-town guests. If that was the impression they were given by our staff I truly apologize. We don't interact with your guests that often during the day. There was a situation where several guests were trying to enter the church while you were in the middle of your ceremony processional and we told them, dispite their repeated attempts to go in anyway, that they could not enter the church until the processional was finished per the request of your officiant. Abbie also said that the ballroom at the Phoenix was closed during your cocktail hour and a few guests were upset about that. That situation was obviously beyond our control because the room was still being setup at the time. We also had a guest try to walk off with one of your floral arrangements and we politely told her that you were donating them to Bethany House and not giving them to guests. In all situations, I believe we were acting in your wedding's best interest and I'm glad that you understand that. I also appreciate the candid feedback and that it seems like a few guests took direction that was in the overall best interest of the event personally. I was very happy with the services provided by Your Dream Day. My planner worked closely with me for over two weeks before my wedding to help me with the final details and to ease my concerns. On my wedding day, she was in charge of everything, and did an awesome job of making sure that things ran smoothly and according to the plans I made. All of her hard work took the pressure off of me and allowed me to enjoy the time with my husband, friends, and family instead of worrying about the details. Just as it should be. I would recommend Your Dream Day to all brides!

I couldn't imagine my wedding day being as perfect as it was without Your Dream Day's help!
We were on a tight schedule by the time we booked them and wouldnt have been able to get it done without the help.

Everyone was so nice, and it was very hectic trying to plan, but eventually we all agreed. I would def. reccomend.

Since your wedding last year, we have added a complimentary commercial steamer service; complimentary rentals (such as votive holders, unity candles, vases, etc.) with a refundable deposit; continental breakfast; and a case of cold bottled water with every wedding planning package on the day of the wedding to add to the value of our service.
