Do not use Wyndehaven Terrace as the service and responsiveness is terrible. The night of our reception, nothing was ready. We had to find the owner and she offered no explanation as to why they were not ready for the reception. The food was not ready, they were not ready to cut the cake or offer the glasses for the toast. I was extremely disappointed and would never recommend their services. I've tried calling several times and emailing they they will not return my calls or emails. Extremely unprofessional.
THANK GOD FOR WYNDEHAVEN TERRACE!!!!! WE SEARCHED ALL OVER THE NORTH SIDE OF TOWN FOR SOMEWHERE TO HAVE THE FABULOUS RECEPTION THAT I HAD ALWAYS DREAMED OF. I WAS GETTING SO DISCOURAGED BECAUSE I JUST COULDN'T AFFORD WHAT SOME OF THESE PLACES ARE CHARGING. MARY AND HER ASSISTANT SAT DOWN WITH US TRYING TO COME UP WITH SOME WAY TO MAKE MY DREAM COME TRUE. THE RECEPTION WAS STUNNING WHEN WE WALKED IN !!!! THEY HAD PLACED OUT ALL THE ITEMS I BROUGHT EXACTLY WHERE I ASKED FOR THEM TO BE, OUR GUESTS WERE HAPPY, THE FOOD WAS FABULOUS AND ON TOP OF THAT, SHE HAD PANS OF FOOD FOR US TO TAKE HOME!!! WE TOTALLY DID NOT EXPECT THAT. WE GOT MUCH MORE FOR OUR MONEY THAN WE PAID FOR. THE CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS WERE ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. WE WERE IN AWE. WERE IT NOT FOR MARY AND HER STAFF; IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN DONE. WYNDEHAVEN IS THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN OUR AREA. I GUESS THE 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE SHOWED. THE D.J. SHE RECOMMENDED WAS FABULOUS . MARY HAD A WORKSHEET FOR US TO FILL OUT THAT MADE THE ITENERARY SO EASY TO FIGURE OUT. SHE MADE US A CUSTOM WEDDING CAKE THAT WAS SPECTACULAR. IT WAS COVERED IN BEAUTIFUL LITTLE SPARKLING SNOW FLAKES AND TASTED AWESOME. IN MY MIND, THERE IS NOTHING IN THIS AREA THAT COMPARES TO WYNDEHAVEN TERRACE. THANK YOU MARY FOR MAKING MY DREAM COME TRUE.
The food was great, the hall was big enough, everything was decorated tastefully, and it's in a convenient location. I'm so happy I decided to go with Wyndehaven Terrace for my wedding!
