My flowers are great! I was married 8-8-08 @ 8AM. My concern was where would I get flowers that would look great at 8:00 in the morning. I went to Woodya Flowers and they listened to my concerns. I told them what I wanted and they gave me even more. My flowers are awesome and I now display them in a vase in our home.
I recently lost my father and I was feeling really sad. They give free hugs!!!!

The flowers were so beauitful! Everyone was so impressed that the flowers were actually carved out of wood! They made the perfect gifts for the wedding party. Denise, the owner, was so kind and personable. She was willing to work with me as far as picking out the colors- something I'm not very good at. Her willingness to help me with anything from remembering who in the bridal party needs a corsage or boutineer, to shipping or not shipping, showed me how dedicated she is and how much she loves her job. She even referred me to my photographers- which turned out to be amazing! Denise has this website that is linked to www.woodyaflowers.com On her website is everything under the sun when it comes to an event! She's a one-stop shop and it's all pretty reasonable! By the way, her flowers are less expensive than real flowers and last a life time!

I loved the way my flowers came out. My Bouquet was so cool. Everyone loved my flowers. The bridesmaids had Pomanders, also known as "Kissing Balls." The flowers are so much cheaper then real or even silk flowers and look so great.

We loved the flowers we received from Woodya for our wedding. They were absolutely beautiful and we received so many compliments on them. We especially love that since the flowers aren't real, we are able to use them to decorate our house with months after the wedding.

They are well priced there flowers look so real and best part is i will always have my bouquet. however i was told the delivery date of my flowers and then recieved them almost 2 weeks later after i had to call on them. i recieved them 2 days before my wedding, by this point the few things that were not done to them that i wanted could not be fixed.

I have mixed emotions about this vendor....first of all, I booked this vendor in March/April 08. My wedding was scheduled for 9/21/08, my flowers were to be ready on 9/5/08! Well on 9/4/08 I called to confirm flowers would be ready and they did not have my down for picking up that day (thank God my wedding wasn't the next day right!!!).....they offered to have them ready in a day and I said "no" of course because I didn't want my flowers rushed. Few days later Hurricane Ike came through and totally destroyed the wedding plans, so the wedding had to pushed back until 10/26/08. Flower shop was nice enough to call (although they did not have power at the shop) to confirm that my wedding was not still going on 9/21...I advised them that pushed until 10/26/08 so no real rush on the flowers...Okay...new date set to pick up flowers, called to confirm ready before I drove there, was told "they had been ready for a week!" Arrived there and my fiance and I had to wait (standing up) for approx 1 hour because they were "finishing it up" I was pissed....didn't say anything but was not happy. The owner is very friendly however and made the time go by really fast but still...come on! So once I saw the flowers, I was not pleased with the colors, they were really pale looking to me, I ordered antique white kissingballs for the bridemaids with gold tipped roses spread throughout...well there was only 3 goldtip frosted throughout and it just looked too dull..........the owner tried to appease my by spray painting a few a little darker!!!!!!!!! Because the roses are made out of wood...the flowers smelled like spray paint even on the wedding day!!!! Lord help me at this point right! My bouquet was very beautiful, it has a butterfly added which I requested but was very small...........the kissingballs for the bridemaids were flowergirl size and my bouquet was not much bigger. I didn't request small, nor was I on a budget and could not afford better! There were NOT the size of the balls displayed in the store (which was shown as an example of what I would get)..........The concept of the wood flowers is AWESOME, they will last forever therefore creating memories & a keepsake forever...........no one could tell they were wood so that was very nice......maybe the Hurricane just messed them up a little but not having them ready for the original was BEFORE the hurricane!!! so you be the judge

My wedding planning was disrupted by Hurricane Ike and they were great about making sure my flowers got to the right location. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and I got tons of compliments. I only had one issue which was that one of the flowers arrived broken and when I emailed to replace it, I never got a response back. Fortunately I had accidentally ordered one too many and I didn't need it anymore. I'm sure if I would have called to complain they would have taken care of everything.

Denise was very flexible to work with when selecting what we would use for our arrangements and bouquets. She was able to help with a few requests during the last couple of weeks of planning for our event. We had a small affair as far as the wedding party went and were not adding much in the way of decorations to the reception hall or chapel due to the fact they are simply beautiful.
However, on the wedding day, I as a bride, was very upset to learn the bridesmaids' bouquets and the cake topper were not brought to the venue. I know we are all human, and mistakes happen, but with such a small order, I was not happy hearing the news that she forgot them at her shop.
Then I was told by some of my guests about how she acted towards the wedding coordinator when she returned during the reception to deliver the bouquets. It was not very professional.
I think the product she is marketing is terrific, but I would have reservations about recommending her to others.
