I had Wedding Channel print my invitation cards and then I inserted them into a pocket. They turned out good - although don't expect the fancy raised text from them - they don't have it. Also they messed up the size of me and my fiance's name (you could hardly read them) but were really good about reprinting them to correct it. But then, they messed them up a second time. The spacing on the names was off. So they reprinted again - no questions asked. The service is good, quality of invitations is just okay. Order early...

I ordered pocketknife/money holders for my groomsmen. They arrived very quickly, however the price of shipping was exorbitant. I ended up having to order one more of these pocketknife things that are smaller than the palm of my hand and they charged a large amount for shipping and the small item arrived in a 1'x1' box. Moral of the story: if you go to order something, really try to order it all at once.

I went on weddingchannel.com to get three things. Personalized drink napkins, personalized cake knife and server and a personalized beer mug for groomsmen gift.
The napkins and the beer mug came out perfect! The Cake knife and server was engraved with our names and the date. It was so light you could barley even tell it was engraved. I called the customer service number and they said that that?s the way they all turn out and that there were no returns or exchanges. They did credit my card back for the $6 it cost for the engraving. I would not purchase anything from them again.

I ordered the favors from this website and despite of the fact that they looked very good, in the end proportionatelly they were very expensive.

I odered my wedding favors from wedding channel.com. I ordered small frames for place cards and they were aboutr $1.75 US each, and had free shipping. They were a very good value and the frames arrived on time with no damage. The only issue I had was that I had to pay with a US credit card. I live in Canada but my wedding was in the US, they would not allow me to pay with my canadian credit card. This was a bit annoying, but otherwise, everything was pretty smooth.

They were very helpfull over the phone. Was very pleased with their products.

I got all of my gifts from this website and everything was perfect.

I purchased 10 silver spiral candelabra's for centerpieces at our wedding. When the first shipment arrived all of the glass globes were broken as a result of them being very poorly packaged. I called and they said they would re-ship the items and make sure they were better packaged they shipped them but they came the exact same way - BROKEN & POORLY PACKAGED. It took four shipments and a lot of aggrivation and tears before they arrived to me in one piece.

I would not reccomend this vendor!

Great ideas with many pictures, plus we ordered a few items as gifts for our attendants.

We ordered candy bags and labels from Wedding Channel.com, and they provided the products on time, for a good price.

I was able to get well priced favors which I put together myself, however I got the wrong order twice before they sent me the correct one. The situation was handled well and they let us keep the mistakes, which I was able to use for other things.
