I loved my invitations from Wedding Paper Divas. However the proofing process was not the best. I had very specific wording that I had chosen for our invites and during the very abbreviated proofing process the person that I worked with kept changing the specific items that I had entered without asking, the reason given was "that is typically what is done". After going back and forth 4 times making corrections to what they had changed I finally okayed the proof and it was perfect when I okayed it. The invitations came a short while later and they had a mistake in the address of the church. It wasn't a huge mistake, but several family members noticed.

I liked the wide variety of designs offered by Wedding Paper Divas. However, when I received my invitations in the mail, they were not quite the color that I had ordered -- which was a stock color that WPD offers as a custom color. When I contacted a representative to ask about getting the correct color, they offered to reprint them for free -- if I paid the return shipping on the 10 lb. box they came in. In the end, they offered me only a 10% discount; it seemed extremely unfair to spend over $600 on invitations that aren't what I ordered.

Great service, but higher price than I would have liked. A little slow to ship and make. Would probably use them again.

I was super excited while browsing this website. Although they didn't have too many selections, I still thought some of them looked great. When I received the sample in the mail, I was slightly disappointed. Although their prices aren't too expensive, I felt I could have duplicated the invitation with my own paper and printer. Definitely needs to work on the quality of the work.

I ordered the Falling Petals in chocolate and cream. I guess because the proof was so beautiful and the price was pretty substantial, I expected the invite to be on chocolate paper. What I received was white cardstock with chocolate ink on the front. I and others liked the design a lot but the quality was really not worth the price. I would spend the extra $75.00 or so for letterpress if I would do it again.

The invitations were TERRIBLE! The paper quality was so poor. It looked like they had just xeroxed them on cheap paper! They included an ad in the invitations that were printed on the same kind of paper. The design was cute, but the paper and execution HORRIBLE. They took it back after some bitching on the phone. I do not recommend this site.

We originally used their Branch of Flowers : Begonia invitation design. It looks good to us.

However, their customization (means flexibility) is very poor. After hacking through by a long time, we finally made something that is just OK to us. We ordered some samples and they look OK. Then we made an order.

When the real order arrived, the color is OFF!!! It's certainly not the same as the samples.

We contacted them for complaint. And it's not properly resolved.

Wedding paper divas was a nightmare. I used invitations by dawn for my own wedding and was so happy with them. With the cute inviations at a good price I tried wedding paper divas. Wedding paper divas make great inviations but they have a double confirmation process that made my order way late. I paid for over night shipping, didn't get it for a week later then the expected delivery time, even though a rep promised me I would recieve it on time.

I wrote wedding paper divas and spoke with them on the phone explain my unhappiness. They are responsive but unhelpful, or professional. They insisted it was may fault (a the customer) suggesting that had I immedialty verified the invitation sent proof sent to my email then it would have been processed on time. Well, on the site they have you verify the information is correct and agree that there are no typos and if there is they would not be responsible. So I did not know an email would be sent. I recieved a phone call several days later informing me of this proof process. This was two days before my order was suppose to be on my front door. The rep varfied with me on the phone, and promised to get them printed, and out on time. Needless to say this didn't happen, and this company did a poor job of backing up their employees. I only asked for the 15$ extra I paid for shipping and handling to be refunded...they could not even do that for the head ach they caused me.
