DO NOT GET YOUR FLOWERS HERE! LOW QUALITY!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered my flowers for my wedding here. Tami was so nice and helpful when placing my order so I was very excited to see my flowers on my wedding day. Once my big day came the flowers were an hour late and my bouquet was dying! I ordered white lilies and the edges were brown! I had my aunt call to let them know that it was not exceptable and no one answered so she left a message. Obviously it was too late to return them anyways, but I wanted to let them know asap. I never received a call back about my complaint. I later find out that Jay (the owner) was at my wedding taking pictures of my flowers from a distance to prove they looked beautiful. Instead of confronting me about this at this time he acted like he was just there to take some pictures. He never introduced himself to me and never apologized for the quality of the flowers or the late delivery. After the wedding I called again since I was never returned a call and when I spoke with Jay he said that he remembered the flowers and they looked beautiful, he said that he had pictures of them. I said that I also had pictures of them and they were brown on all of the edges and tips. He said that he knew that but that is how they were delivered to him! He never once apologized for anything! He was very rude and defensive and kept interrupting me during our conversation. He said that he was NOT responsible for the late delivery since they outsource the delivery and he was not responsible for the quality of the flowers since that is how they were delivered to him. I said that it would of been nice to know ahead of time so I could of picked a different flower that they had fresh and in stock and he had no response for that. He did however give me a very low refund and said there was no way I was getting a full refund. I would of appreciated an apology more than anything, but instead I was given attitude and excusses.

Weber's did a wonderful job in providing absoutely gorgeous flowers for our most important day! The creativity of the consultant (thanks Tammy!) shown through and were exactly as I expected. They took the time to walk through the details of bouquets (offering welcomed suggestions), boutonierres, ceremony flowers, centerpieces and provided several options for the mother's flowers that all turned out perfectly lovely. A true pleasure to work with and all was provided on time exactly as needed. Thanks Weber's for setting the right expectations and following through... consultation over the phone can be difficult but you made it easy and delivered!

I was quite disappointed with my wedding flowers from Weber's. I had a semi-destination wedding on Mackinac Island and made a special trip up there to meet with Weber's. I told them I didn't want light pink because I only like dark pink and there is no light pink in the wedding. So on the wedding day ALL the arrangements except for my bouquet had light pink in them. Also, the centerpieces did not look like what she had showed me during our consultation. They looked messy and there was more greenery than flowers, I paid $80 a centerpiece so I expected something nice. There was also one stem of flowers on each centerpiece that was almost 1 foot about the rest of the arrangement, it looked like something terrible from the early 90s. Anyways, bottom line is I wish I had either been shown a sample of my EXACT arrangements or just gone with somebody else. For the money I paid this was the one thing I was the most disappointed about.

The flowers were beautiful and I loved the hydrangeas and the Pink Roses.

Flowers were absolutly beautiful, some of the best I've ever seen. Communication could have been better, but everything went as planned. Overall I have no complaints, would happily do business with again.

Great service, BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS!! Having a destination wedding, I had to plan over the phone and did not get to see a mock up version of my flowers. When they arrived on my wedding day, I couldn't have been happier! It was just what I imagined they would be. Weber's took the time to talk with me on the phone to create what I had wanted!
