Best place on the island to get your wedding dress. As soon as I walked into their store I described my dream wedding dress and within minutes they brought out three dresses that I feel in love with! So Vicky brought out a dress that combined all three dresses. It was so easy and so fun to work with Vicky because she knows exactly what she is doing. They even taught me how to walk in my dress and I was fitted perfectly! They don't always answer their phones during business hours or get back to you as soon as you'd like them to but, they are probably just really busy. They had 16 other brides to assist that got married on the same date.

Vows was great! When I initially went in it was just to look, as I was visiting family in Hawaii and my wedding would be in California. I ended up getting my dress there because they had exactly what I wanted and were willing to work with me and my schedule to get alterations done, etc.

I said I was looking for a short-sleeved dress under $1000. The salesgirl suggested that she show me several styles, including strapless, and to keep an open mind, and I said OK. She didn't trail out a bunch of $1000 dresses, actually the highest price tag I saw was $800, which I really appreciated. The first two dresses I tried on had sleeves, but weren't right. The next two were strapless, and the fourth dress was the one! I really liked that they listened to my comments and were also willing to make suggestions. It turns out she was right and my perfect dress was strapless! They ordered the dress in a custom length for me. I wanted the back altered to corset-style, which they also recommended because it was more adjustable and therefore would require fewer fittings. They told me the estimated delivery date and I bought a plane ticket to come back after the dress had been delivered. It arrived when they said it should. When I got to the store, the dress had already been altered to the corset-tie back and fit perfectly. I had not bought shoes since I needed to make sure they were the right height. They had a great pair of shoes there and had them dyed to match the dress in two days so I was able to take them home with me. The ladies at Vows went out of their way to make sure that everything was done when and how I needed it to be.

I thought they did a fantastic job everytime I went in. They definitely knew what they were talking about, but I always felt sort of rushed. Like they wanted to me out of there fast. My gown was beautiful, and they somehow knew I would fall in love with it when I first saw it. Good job Vicky. You got me.
