Tyler was amazing. She oversaw every aspect of our wedding from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. She was also great at translating our vision into reality. The day of the event, she kept everything running smoothly and on time. Definitely one of the best event coordinators we have ever met.

Tyler did an amazing job. She kept her cool and kept things under control, even when a few things went wrong (which she had nothing to do with those things). She was professional throughout the whole process, and I was able to feel at ease and put my trust in her for the evening. She went above and beyond the call of duty as the reception coordinator.

Voila/Tyler was exceptional in helping us plan and conduct our wedding. She provides comprehensive service; detailed and helpful checklists; and creative ideas. Overall, her suggestions for vendors (e.g., cake, flowers) was spot on. Our wedding was complicated as we moved from a small ceremony on a yacht to a stationary location for the reception with different numbers of guests at each location. With the exception of one vednor (not Tyler's fault in any way) failing to deliver on time, everything went incredibly smoothly. She is professional, organized, responsive, and a joy to work with. I highly recommend Tyler if you are seeking a wedding/event planner.

Tyler was everything and more that I could have asked for! I booked her super early for day-of coordination of my wedding and she was responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. Prior to the wedding, she helped me from everything to standard etiquette questions to providing insight on vendor recommendations, color schemes and more! That is above and beyond any other day-of coordinator. On our wedding day, everything was set up perfectly and ran smoothly. Thanks to her- I didn't have to worry about a thing!

Tyler came to us at wedding - 57 days...while many might have said we are a bit close to take responsibility for this fairly large event, Tyler reassured us not only that we were OK but we were in great shape for this to be the happiest of days!! She sent us a comprehensive list and we were pleased to see we were in pretty good shape! We received gentle but directive reminders often as well as meetings that kept us on track. The itinerary provided to all vendors was detailed and easy to follow The day of the wedding Tyler worked with us as hair and make-up took a bit longer than planned, she kept us moving while not pressuring regarding time. The day was magnificent, we were stress free and able to fully enjoy every moment!

Tyler FitzHugh (Voila! Event Studio) was wonderful!!! She kept me (Mother of the Bride) and the Bride on track with her meetings and informative emails. She had great ideas, but always listened to both the Bride and Mother, and between all of us, we had the perfect wedding day. Tyler is FANTASTIC. My wife and I were living in Mexico for most of the wedding planning and there was no way we could have planned this wedding without Tyler. We hired Tyler FitzHugh to coordinate my daughter's wedding reception (would have hired her for the wedding itself but the church made us use theirs). The money we spent for Tyler's event planning services was the best money we spent on the whole wedding event. From the first meeting with Tyler, she put us at ease with her knowledge and her organization skills. She took on all of the stress of meeting with each of the vendors and making sure that everyone was on schedule and in the right place at the right time. She sent regular e-mails to all parties involved to make sure that everyone was on the same page and to be sure that all of our worries/concerns were always taken care of.

Tyler did a fantastic job in helping coordinate my wedding. She is very responsive to my every need and concern, usually replying to my emails or phone calls within the hour. She was very helpful with conceptual suggestions and providing check lists to make sure all of the planning details were covered. I appreciated her attentiveness and flexibility when it came to assisting in any aspect of the planning process but also allowing me to do the parts that I wished to complete myself. On the day of, she was very professional and allowed me or any of my family members to not have to worry about a single detail. When I showed up at the reception, everything looked better than I imagined, and she paid attention to the details in such a way that each table had everything set up perfectly. For any bride looking for a wedding planner, she is definitely an organized and attentive person who will allow you to make your vision a practical reality.

I hired Tyler to be a Day of Coordinator when I realized I was in over my head about 4 months before my wedding. It was the absolute by far the best decision I made (besides saying yes to my fiance). From Day 1 after I hired her, Tyler acted more like a full wedding planner than a DOC. She did all I asked and so much more: one of many examples- I gave her zero direction on how I wanted the decorations/reception venue to be set up. She took all the little things I had packed for her to use and transformed the reception space into something that fit my personality 100%. She made the reception flow smoothly and transitioned my 120 guests between two floors seamlessly. Definitely hire Tyler and you won't regret it! (An added bonus: Her sister Currie FitzHugh also does amazing wedding photography).

I had the best experience having Tyler as my wedding planner! She was like a bridesmaid for the fact that she was personable and fun to have around during an exciting time of my life but she was better than a bridesmaid because she actually helped me plan and execute my wedding...beautifully.

She is very knowledgeable about wedding etiquette, bridal vendors/services, and everything wedding related. Any issues that came up with my vendors she was there to come up with solutions. She was very professional and competent. I am a little OCD and stress out more than I should but having Tyler as my wedding planner I was able to relax.
