I thought Vivian did a great job on my wedding mandap and the reception head table. The only one thing that made me give her services a lower grade was that a couple thumbtacks she put on the floor of our wedding mandap came out and my preist's wife almost stepped on them-twice. The tacks really should have been secured better.

Fantastic vendor to work with from start to finish. Very personable and helpful. Vendor provided feedback and advice even on topics that was not in her realm. Vendor was very adaptable to last minute changes and additions. My wedding definitely would not have been the same or as magical without her!

Vivan was amazing to work with. What I liked about her was the fact that she wasn't pushy or tried to sell me things I don't need. For example, I wasn't sure if I needed to decorate my receiving table. She was honest and said my hall was beautiful as it was and that it wouldn't be necessary. That's what I really liked. I felt comfortable with her advice and didn't worry about my head table. She did a beautiful and tasteful job and I was totally satisfied.

Vivian was great to work with! She gets excited about every wedding she does and really tailors the decorations to what you want and need. She does not try to push all the extras on you or run up your package but looks at what you need and makes recommendations and helps collaborate to think of new creative ideas as well. Everything was set up perfectly and earlier than we even asked and so many people commented on how beautiful things looked as well as how great she was to work with the day of the wedding. She is a little bit more casual than most vendors, but we enjoyed it and made it feel like we were talking to a peer who was looking our for our best interests instead of a vendor who wanted us to sign a contract. Overall, we would highly recommend her and were very pleased with her service.

I loved working with Vivian! Even though she was from Canada and our wedding was in Chicago, she was very prompt with her responses to any questions I had for her. She decorated the pews at our church and created a beautiful backdrop at our reception hall for a good price. I would recommend her to anyone in Chicago. Thanks again for everything Vivian!

Vivian was absolutely amazing! She was professional, reliable and accomodating. She also has an awesome personality which made it a pleasure to work with her. My wedding coordinator loved her and said she went over and beyond what I had hired her to do. I would 100% recommend Vivian's Decorations & Designs to anybody getting married. She takes the stress out of having to worry about any decor issues.

We hired Vivan last mintue maybe 2 months before my engagement party that we had about 380 guests. She was on time and made my vision reality. Very professional, she was over and beyond of what i expected. She also was very helpful through the ceremony and she helped out alot, even though she didn't have to. Her prices are more than fair & the quality of her work is under price. I highly recommend her & her company.
