There are not enough positive adjectives in the English language to express how much I loved working with Kym (the photographer) and her staff. I was drawn to her work as I was looking for a photographer and the photos I've received from my wedding blew away my expectations. Kym and her office manager Taylor are helpful, timely and so very much fun to work with. I couldn't have asked - and wouldn't have know that I could get - such beautiful photos to remember my wedding day. I would recommend Ventola Photography a million times over!

Kym was tons of fun to work with! She has such a wonderful, positive attitude. And her photography skills are top notch. She is very creative and artistic so you get unique wedding photos, not just the standard. Although we live out of state, we will make the trip to have her do any upcoming photography needs that we may have -she is that good!

Ventola Photography is the BEST photography you can get! Every picture looks perfect. I am continually complimented on how great the photography was at my wedding. She is so awesome to work with and does not make you feel awkward when she is working with you. Mackenzie is really fun and gets all of the perfect shots of the candid things happening during the wedding. I could not have asked for a better way to capture our wedding! Kym and her team are amazing! Just from looking at her website I could tell that I wanted to work with her for our wedding. This feeling was confirmed at our first meeting. Both me and my mom fell in love with her and her work. Kym has amazing skill and is able to create the most amazing photography from an ordinary setting. I knew I didn't want the basic wedding photos and poses that many wedding photographers use and I was definitely not disappointed by Kym and her team. Kym is also so easy to work with, has a great sense of humor and personality. After working with her I was already planning my next need for photography just so we could hang out again :o) I will definitely use her in the future for maternity and family photos in the future!

An amazing team to work with who consistently produces amazing photographs.

Working with Kym and Ventola Photography was an absolutely wonderful experience. Kym was able to work with me to make a package that fit what I was looking for and the budget that I was working with. And that was just the beginning!

Our engagement session was nearly rained out, in Phoenix, go figure?! There were thunderstorms all day long, but Kym was super patient and we played it by ear all day. I think she knew I was really excited for the shoot, and at the last minute she told me to head to our location. We met and the weather still wasn't very cooperative. But Kym stayed calm and flexible and did an amazing job considering the brutal winds and rain she had to deal with! And our pictures turned out great! My husband tends to be a little clumsy in front of the camera, and she managed to get great pictures of him. =) We were both so relaxed and had fun just being around Kym.. and it really showed in our photos.

Then the wedding came! Kym had a great timeline figured out for us and her/her team was very communicative with questions and logistics leading up to our wedding day. Kym and McKenzie were on time and excited, cheerful and truly happy to be there and do a great job. Everyone who interacted with Kym CONTINUES to compliment me on the photographer that I chose. Her and McKenzie have a contagious energy and you can't help but to have a GREAT time in front of their cameras!

Also, they do a great job of 'behind the scenes', if you will. I've been to so many weddings with only ONE photographer, and I've always noticed how 'in your face' they can be, which I don't personally care for.

NOT with Kym and McKenzie. After the wedding, I even mentioned to a friend that I really hoped they got a lot of great shots, because I hardly even remembered seeing them take any pictures??! ... I was TOTALLY mistaken!!! They were EVERYWHERE they were supposed to be and captured some really great moments and nobody never even noticed! Our pictures were all very natural, candid, rather than awkwardly staged, posed photos . . .

Kym and her team really take pride in the work they do, but more than that - they want their clients to be as happy as possible. Kym always made me feel that she was happy to hear from me and excited to be a part of our day. I'm just looking for more excuses to hire her again and again!! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Working with Kym and her team was wonderful. All the shoots were easy and comfortable and I loved the results. My pictures are beautiful and I will treasure them forever. Thank you Kym!

Kym and Mackenzie did a great job!! We LOVE LOVE both our engagement and wedding photos. Kym is such a fun and nice person, which is so important because you spend HOURS with them the day of your wedding and she was like a breath of fresh air that day. We got our engagement pictures in plenty of time and were able to use them as our table numbers and in our slideshow the day of the wedding.

Kym was so on top of things. We met with her beforehand and worked out a timeline so that we all could be on the same page the day of the wedding. She and her staff were always there to answer any questions before and after the wedding. There were a lot of things I worried about leading up to our wedding, but our photographer was absolutely not one of them...I knew we were in excellent hands.

I would not recommend ventola photography at all. She was nice and everything but if your wedding pictures are important to you I would find someone else. First of all she lost my engagement pictures. I had planned for my now husband and I to take our e-pics at the Arizona State fair the day of our birthday (we have the same birthday) we had to fly out from San Diego that day and had to rush to meet with her at the State fair. Not only did she complain about us being late but she totally rushed us and complained the whole time about her car being parked at an unsafe area. She gave us a crappy second engagement shoot. Later I found out she lost another brides WEDDING photos. She also won’t give you the engagement pictures until after the wedding which is totally pointless. You won’t be able to use them for a guest book of anything unless you purchase a ridiculously expansive one from her. She was so unreliable I ended up canceling my contract with her and didn’t even care about losing the money. I was not going to leave the most important day of my life in her hands. At first I doubted if I should write this review or not since I’m not a mean person. But I found out people commented under the crappy engagement pictures she took of us on her blog. All the comments are 1 minute after the other which is so funny. It seems like instead of removing the pictures she called people asking them to comment positive things even if they were all lies since she knew I was unhappy with the photos. I just thought that was so ridiculous of her to do. Now I can write this review and not feel bad about it.

Kym Ventola is absolutely amazing! I just got my pictures back today, only 3 weeks after the wedding!! Her vision is amazing and she captured so many more aspects of the wedding that I wouldn't have thought of. Her assistant Mackenzie is a great photographer as well, we got so many great candids from her as Kym was shooting the family portraits.

Kym & MacKenzie are amazing. The photos turned out great. I could not have been happier. They got the greatest spur of the moment shots and candid shots. At the end of the night was nice to hear as well was that half of our guests thought that they had left hours before because they didn't even notice they were there. It was perfect. Ventola Photography is worth everything to me as the photos are what I have to remember my dream day.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Kym is so much fun to work with, we had a blast with her. She is professional, always on time, prepared, and made my entire wedding party feel comfortable. You can always reach her through phone or email the same day you call and when you are stressing out she calms you down. Our photographs are SO beautiful. Kym Ventola and the entire team did such an amazing job on all counts - they were completely passionate about what they were doing, didn't miss a beat on keeping creativity flowing throughout the whole process, and most importantly - were completely professional but made me feel so comfortable I felt like we had all been friends for years and years. Getting our pictures taken was probably one of the most relaxing parts of our day - the quiet time really let the whole experience soak in. We never felt pressured, and because of the schedule, we were never running behind or stressed - everything went right on task! My day went even better than I could've ever imagined and I think that one of the hugest reasons for this was the thought, care, and sincerity that Kym and the rest of her team put into this day for us. (This all sounds so over dramatic, but it's seriously 100% true.) I couldn't imagine having chosen any other photographer to share our day with us.

Words cannot express my deep appreciation to Kym Ventola for all she did. We're so happy we chose her to capture our memorable day. Kym has a very contagious attitude and I couldn't be any happier with our choice. Kym and Mackenzie saved my life!! We had a bit of chaos at the venue and they completely took control for me. I was so stressed out and she and Mackenzie made sure to let me know that everything was beautiful.
