Valley Catering did an amazing job with our reception dinner. For us, the most important elements of the reception were food & wine. Valley crafted a delicious dinner that left all our guests craving more.

I had a REALLY bad time with another local caterer who spent 6 months going back & forth giving us little to no new information. I'd finally had enough & reached out to Raina at Valley Catering. Within a week she had put together our dream menu and included my grilled cheese & tomato soup shooters I'd been dreaming of. She was patient when we changed our mind about one of the side dishes at the last minute and she worked with food allergies and vegetarians without hesitation.

The food was AMAZING. Our venue did not have a heating source (stove/grill etc) so how they made this food so delicious after traveling from their kitchen to the venue I have no idea but it was GOOD. The staff was fun and friendly and they worked around a few curve balls that were thrown at them that day. They seem to be the biggest caterer in Corvallis & I was worried that they weren't "gourmet" enough for my "foodie-ness" but I'm so glad I put that aside. I would HIGHLY recommend Raina & Valley Catering.

I loved working with the folks at Valley Catering! They know what they are doing and they do it really well. The food was excellent (we had a small, afternoon wedding so they served a buffet-style lunch, with trays of sliced meats and cheeses for sandwiches and several different side dishes). They even boxed up all the extras for us to take home if we wanted, so we decided to host an impromtu lunch with the out-of-town relatives the next day at our house and everyone loved it! I was very touched with how thoughtful they were, both during the planning phases and on the wedding day.

Valley Catering was a great wedding venue! They offer different price packages to fit your budget and the venue is so lush with flowers that by early may the entire patio area is practically decorated for you. It is the perfect place for a medium wedding (I had about 100 people -- it filled the space nicely). Also the food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I are vegan, but none of our friends or family are even vegetarian! Valley catering made all the vegetables and side dishes vegan for us (we opted to serve meat as well or else they may have been mutiny). Overall the experience was absolutely great. It would not be the same without their wedding coordinator Raina. She was absolutely fabulous! She even came to the Rehearsal and Rehearsal dinner (both which were at other venues) to help us out with all of the details since my father officiated the ceremony. She is the type of planner that is a rare find and absolutely a delight to work with!

The only downside is that alcohol can only be served for a max of four hours (Oregon has very strong liquor laws) -- however, this is one of the very few wedding venues I could find that even served hard alcohol or any alcohol at all. Also, although there is no actual noise ordinance (that I am aware of), neighbors surrounding the venue have (and did) complained about noise. I would recommend keeping the DJ and the Dancing inside if you want the party to go late.

Overall, I would highly recommend Valley Catering for a wedding venue. The staff was fabulous, the food was excellent, and the wedding planning/organizing skills of Raina are unsurpassed.
