I recently had my wedding at the Valencia Ballroom. I had some issues with getting into contact with the coordinator Jayme Wagner a few times, I was told numerous emails were never received. I was also told the week before my wedding that my vendors wouldn't have access to the Ballroom when we were promised because there was another wedding booked past that time, I thought this was very unprofessional, regardless of when the wedding were scheduled someone should have realized that they would be conflicting with time. I had leas time with my photographer and was very disappointed that we were still taking pictures when our guests arrived! Besides those thing our day turned out wonderful the two staff we had the day of the wedding were fabulous!! So I would suggest if you have your wedding here, to double and triple check EVERYTHING!!!

The Valencia Ballroom is STUNNING!! Megan and I held our formal ceremony here. All of our guest said it was beautiful!! Jayme Wagner was my coordinator and she took great care of us!! We had the venue to get ready the entire day before the wedding. The staff at The Valencia is very professional and extremely nice!! We looked for a long time for a venue that was perfect and for a great price too!! They offer amazing catering and all of our guests agreed. Thank you so much for everything Jayme!! Keep up the good work!!

We worked with Jayme Wagner at the Altland House to hold our wedding reception at the Valencia Ballroom. It was a GREAT experience working with them. They made our day carefree and no worries. Jayme took care of, the table linens, centerpeices, the limo from the church to the reception, the cake, the bar.....everything! It was so well worth the money! We've heard people say that it's the best wedding they've ever been too....That is great to hear from someone! Rhonda took care of running the actual day for us, she was right on top of everything. I love the Valencia Ballroom for it's character and charm, I love it even more because the Altland House made our wedding day, the day of our dreams!!

A truly beautiful and unique venue, we used a Movie theme for the wedding and with the marquee outside, red carpet entrance and beauty of the whole building people are still talking about the wedding a year and a half later!

I got a wedding package with the Atland house and we had our reception at the Valencia ballroom. Everyone was very nice from beginning to end. The only problem was they forgot the schedule my limo. The day of my wedding, i was left at the church waiting with my wedding parrty and the limo never showed. I blame Diana Ernst for dropping the ball on this one. Shes very nice and knowledgeable about her job, but for my special day, she passed the torch on to a woman who's real job is teaching. I had no contact information and had to call 411 information on the phone in order to see where my limo was! When we finally got someone on the phone they told us they knew nothing about it and had no record of anyone ever calling, but it would take 20 more mins till they could get there-we said no and split up the wedding party into cars. When i got to the valencia there was no horderves for the wedding party, no champagne for the bride NOTHING but a single chair and a single table in the back room. :-( i was about to CRY until my bridesmaids took the reigns and got us back on track with some drinks! Long story short, if you're scheduling YOUR wedding reception here, make sure to go through all of the plans YOURSELF and don't go for that "just go home and relax we've got it all under control" bull they hand you.

Diana Ernst was our point of contact for the Valencia Ballroom in York PA. She was very helpful in showing us the different venues the Altland House Hospitality Group has to offer. Once we walked into the Valencia our choice was made. The ballroom is very historic, beautiful and full of character. Diana worked with us for almost a year in planning our wedding. She answered alot of our questions even before we asked them. She was very responsive to all our questions and concerns and flexable when we had a special request. Our guests raved over the food and were very impressed with the venue itself.

Altland House was very helpful. We got an amazing deal for the price with them. Everyone raved about our wedding cake! The one negative was that at the one tasting of the year, they didn't have the food that we wanted to select for our wedding.

The price was unbeatable and they include everything you will need for your reception! My package included the cake, limo, center pieces, linens, and an event coordinator that made sure everything went smoothly! No hidden charges and very professional! Would recommend to anyone!
