  Sandra & Phil have been very supportive during my weight loss journey. Their program is easy to follow and they give you all the tools you need to succeed. I've seen results very early on, and they even showed me how to choose foods while on vacation, a vacation that I lost four pounds on!!
  I would recommend Unique Health to anyone who wants to lose weight in a healthy way.

  I highly recommended you try this program I can't say enough positive things about this program. I was a transformation for me and it can be for others too. You will not regret doing this program. You will be very pleased with yourself.

  So much energy goes into planning the big event or in my case a big birthday family trip. You want so badly to look and feel your best! Many trips and big events had come and gone and I was unable to obtain my weight loss goal. Finally after joining the Unique Health Program I reached and surpassed my weight loss goal in only four months. I had been on another program for two years and had not been able to reach my goal weight. Unique Health is like no other program. It will forever change how you look at food. It teaches you to be in control not the food. You get dramatic results right from the start. The program works fast and the weight and inches melt away like nothing you have seen or experienced before. You feel healthy and strong. It's a powerful motivator. I could never have achieved my weight loss goal without Unique Health. My success with the program has inspired several of my family members and friends to do the program too. We are all thrilled with our results and feel that we now have the tools to keep the weight off. It is life changing!!

  I came to Unique Health back on October 2014. At a difficult time in my life I weighed 305lbs and did not know how I got there. Unique Health was my last resort prior to surgery even though this is something I said I would never do. Initially when I came to Unique Health I did not know what to expect and I was not sure if my goal of 180lbs was a realistic one. I wanted be a comfortable size 10 or 12 I thought that at 180lbs I would reach that goal. I remember Phil asking me at our first meeting after I decided that this program was for me, he asked would you feel like a success if you lost 50lbs?And up until that point I had not loss anywhere near that, I've simply been gaining weight for the past 15+ years, so I responded absolutley. So he set 2 interim goals 1st at 250lbs and 2nd at 220lbs. I reached the 1st goal in 2 months and the 2nd in 4 months. I am still working my way to my goal of a size 10!!! But I can truly say that I am so proud and amazed at how far I've come with the help of Phil and Charisee, my cheerleader. This program is not easy, the first 10 days are the tuffiest and not because you'll be hungry but because it will mentally challenge you not to rely on old habits. You are shrinking your stomach, changing your body and your mental outlook on food. But once you have completed the first 10 days you will feel great about yourself, you will feel lighter and you will have a natural energy that you have not felt in a long while. Many of my minor health problems such as planter fasciitis are no longer a problem for me. This program has completely changed and saved my life. My self-esteem and my confidence have increased tremendously . I love me again! I am healthier and I have acquired a new relationship with food

  Unique Health is very special to me. The staff members, Sandra and Phil, are very attentive and caring as well as knowledgable and committed to seeing you succeed on Program. It is a very thorough program and they have answered all of my questions which arise due to the funny way that our individual systems behave.
