Tony Rixon is great! I happen to live in Atlanta, so we were able to go to the office and view different diamonds - or my fiance was I guess. I couldn't find a setting I loved so just picked several photos of different rings with attributes I liked and my fiance took it to him to design a custom ring. I LOVE both my rings and the fact that I designed them and noone else out there has the exact same thing and the service there has been great. I will definitely be doing business here in the future - next on my wishlist are sapphire earrings :)

I am very glad I chose union diamond for my engagement ring. There was an assortment of diamonds to pick from and although you can't see them they have very good deions. When I got my diamond in the mail I was very happy with it. There is a black spot in the middle but I don't mind. I'm sure if I complained I could have sent it back and they would have sent me a new one. Their customer service was great. they responded to my emails very quickly. I would go through them again if I ever decided to upgrade!

We got my fiancee's engagement ring setting at this store. The setting is very beautiful and was a very good value for the price. they are very responsive and sent it out immediately which was great. The only problem was at first they refused to sell it to us since we didn't buy the diamond from them - which was not stated anywhere on their website. We pointed that out to them so they made an exception and sold it to us. The quality of the setting is great. If I did it over again I would have just bought both the diamond and setting from Union Diamond, except that we bought the diamond already when we looked for a setting. We bought it online.

The owner is wonderful!! I told him what I wanted, and he pulled the perfect ring. He really listens, and knows exactily what you're looking for. I've gotten so many compliments on my ring!! The best part is--the price. You will not pay the high prices of the chain jewlers, and there's no pressure. On top of all that--he's a really nice guy, and we always enjoyed stopping by. Union Diamond was great for my husband and I! He got my engagement ring from them and had a great experience, saved some money, and got to pick just the ring he wanted for me. We also got our bands here because of his good experience with them. Each time we went in, they were very helpful. One of the best things about working with them was that they also allowed me to borrow some jewelry for my wedding day (so I got to wear some really nice jewelry without the expense!)
